Not too many people in America know about L.E.D. Lights. How can this be when Led Lights offer so many features like; 1) a 90 % reduction of lighting electric load; 2) an exceptionally Long Life typically in the 50,000 hour range; 3) Additional savings of electricity because of a reduced Air-Conditioning Load; 4) Smooth, flicker free light that promotes a pleasant feeling; 5) Sturdy construction and touch-safe surface temperatures. With features like that it is no wonder that there is a “LED Lighting Revolution in progress. It appears that some good old fashioned, Capitalism and a heck of a lot of risk-taking enterprisers have stepped forward to do the job. An internet search on “LED Lights” found over 25 million contacts!.

Our Electric Power Generation Capacity is about One Million Mega Watts and if the capacity taken up by lighting our homes and businesses is about 30% of the total, a quick estimate is that 300,000 Mega Watts is devoted to lighting. If only 30,000 Mega Watts is needed by LED Lights, we get a HUGE 300,000 Mega Watt Capacity freed up to do other things. There has never been such a big energy savings that the LEDs can provide.

The Leds will also drive down the air conditioning load because the old lights put out so much heat.

Many of the internet findings were for automobile, boating, flashlights and other uses that do not provide a reduction in the national installed capacity. They are beneficial and save money and should be done. But the uses that make installed capacity available for other things is a basic conservation effort and conservation is often dull like adding insulation to buildings.

Therefore the fastest way to get the most savings is to think about manufacturing the fewest number of Led Lights that can be determined as “The Minimum Standard LED Lights” so as to reduce the basic price due to a higher production volume. The internet searches indicate that a LED substitute for a 60 Watt incandescent bulb is a reasonable starting point. A Led Light will only consume 6 or 7 Watts using the new Technology.

My wonderful wife picked a website off of a talk radio broadcast last recently and it got me off the subject of exonerating CO2 and puts it on to the back our illustrious politicians to fix the harm that they have done.

So, what this means is that this Author can spend full time promoting LED Lights and help America to go forward with the most important lighting technology ever discovered. The basics have been in use for 30 years and only recently have the enterprisers all over world decided to apply their skills to the Led Lighting Revolution.

* Finally, when all your neighbors, friends and relatives (and anybody else you send this page to) join the Led Light Revolution, the Utility executives, Local politicians and Business leaders will get the message that if 22 million led lights are sold in the 10 mile area around a Nuclear Power Plant, the power usage will drop by 30% and they will have to conclude that it is time to convert the reactors to conventionally fired boilers. It stops the harm they are releasing into their customer neighborhoods.

Because of the work that was invested into ( www.exonerateco2.com ) and spending time to circulate the up dates (to any and all e-mail addresses that I could find) as the barriers to getting things changed presented themselves, it became apparent that the tax on electric energy was really going to happen because of the culture inside the beltway. Also, there was a discovery that Tritiated Water was the threat to all of America and that there was little that I could do about it. It was called “Tritium” on the EIA web site (with no mention of it having been oxidized to Tritiated Water) that was being released into virtually all of America’s water sheds. But, amazingly, the EPA already had an arbitrary (pro-Nuclear) high standard published. There was nothing that could be done about that by some old guy in Pittsburgh. The 69 pages produced about Tritiated Water (including pictures of the EPA gal and the new DOE guy that need a meeting with the new President) are not going to do any good either.

The discovery that DOE likes all the funny and dangerous Atomic Style “Light Sources” instead of L.E.D. Lights and, ORNL was STILL working on Fusion Power, convinced me that Anti Advocacy against all of the bad things being done by the government was a waste if my valuable time. CO2 was EXONERATED in my mind but the work to get the new President to do something was (is) totally un-realistic. The large amount of Carbon Credit Propaganda and the promotion of Nuclear Power personally Promoted by the Presidency is too much for some old duck in Pittsburgh to overcome.

However, by appealing to the enterprisers in America who believe in promoting the interests of America by taking risks, doing hard work that looks out for our freedom, is a sure way to get stuff done without having to do the fighting on a playing field tilted in favor of the Political Reality, DOE, The President, The Supreme Court, and The Congress. They all love the CO2 Myth, Carbon Credits, Nuclear Power and spending money that favors that kind of stuff. They do not have to worry about the harm to the Human Genome if they don’t know about it and no body has the Power and Influence to tell them. The very reasons why all the complaining by the Anti Nuclear advocates (who have de-generated to a bunch of do good web sites with DONATE BUTTONS) have not done any good are still in existence. There is no Superman who can insist on TRUTH, JUSTICE and the AMERICAN WAY.

Therefore, LedLightAmerica.com (or a close substitute depending on internet availability when the site is prepared) will be a place showing how to get L.E.D. Lights installed and personally benefit from the reduction of electric Utility payments that will result as a benefit of installing the Led Lights. It will be possible that some of the Anti-Nuclear folks can use the good that reducing Power Consumption will do and they have the opportunity to do that. The MAIN PURPOSE of LedLightAmerica.com will be to FREE PEOPLE FROM HIGH ELECTRICITY COSTS without even having to think about all the ineffective Anti Nuclear stuff.

As things now stand, The LED Light Revolution has started and all of the little baby LED Light Enterprisers are out there doing business. They can get sales of fancy Led Lights as well as cheap Led Lights. They can get business with Big Sets of Led Lights as well as small special purpose lights for theatrical purposes or even making good lighting at the dinner table. They are doing it and America’s lighting load is going down no matter what the people in the beltway believe.

Therefore, LedLightAmerica.com will be loaded with links to every led light web site that can be found with the classic American Outlook for the good life in America including a Low Power Bill. Very expensive, Gold Plated Led Lights are good. Flash Lights and Led Lights for Camping Out are good. They are ALL good. Led Lights from China, from South Korea and from Canada as well as the ones from small American start ups. We are behind in technology because of the failure of the people inside the beltway, but that is not enough to prevent our ultimate position as Leaders in the Use of Led Lights which will truly help the Energy Picture in America. Keep in mind that the Patents only last 17 years. They tell everybody what to do starting the 18^th year.

All people involved in the Manufacture, Sale and Installation of Led Lights in America are important to the future of America. The Revolution will go forward because it is the right thing to do. It is the right time to do it. When times are tough, America has always used those times to set New Directions and to do more, faster as well as better. The idea of selling high volume, specific out-put ranges that can lead to “standard” designs and the lowest initial cost are desirable goals for LedLightAmerica.com but not an overriding concept.

R.J. Gramm is seeking affiliates who would be listed on a web site (as shown above) that encourages the purchase of 20 to 40 led lights. And, being priced so as to drop the customers annual lighting cost by about ½ the same amount the first year as the cost of the group of lights purchased. The message is to agree that the various suppliers are not greedy competitors, but rather Partners in quickly switching over to the new method by recognizing that 1000 suppliers would have a difficult (and profitable) time supplying the 20 Billion lights heeded (20 Billion lights / 1000 suppliers = 20 million led lights per supplier).

There is a second thought. It is that the consumer will think BIG and not the way of ordering “samples” but rather ordering a bunch of “reliable, money makers” that will save America and loosen up money for the buyers for the next 10 years.

So, by listing “LedLightAmerica” (subject to change on the day that the web site is registered) every supplier on the list will be promoted as being a reliable and cost/quality supplier with the objective of serving America, the customer and the environment. And the list will continuously increased while we all look at the results obtained by reporting affiliate sales LED Watts and Power Capacity Reductions on their web site which will accumulate and show the progress being made.

Do you know anything about LED Lights? For example a 2.3 Watt LED Light from LEDLight.com ( Product Code 45859) takes the place of a 45 Watt conventional incandescent Bulb and will last a long time, say 50,000 hours of run time?

If you bought 25 of these money saving, cool running, High Tech Winners at $20.00 each, there is a good possibility that they would reduce your electricity bill in a years time about as much as you paid for the LED Lights! It depends on where you install them and how long they are turned on.

For example if your electricity bill is more than 550 KWH (Kilo Watts Hours) per month and your furnace , dishwasher, TV and microwave use is about 250 KWH per month it would mean that your lighting load is 300 KWH per month and (with care) the LEDs could cut that by 90%. A 300 KWH per month reduction at $ 0.136 per KWH multiplies out to $40.80 per month, x 12 = $489.60 per year.

The difference between 2.3 Watts for the LED Light that produces as much light as a 45 Watt incandescent bulb is so big that it sounds too good to be true. Things that sound too good to be true usually are not. What is happening is that there is a “LED Light Revolution” in progress and all around the world everybody is pushing forward as fast as they can to take advantage of it.

Many places that have a shortage of electricity generation capacity have electric utilities promoting the use of LED Lights with great results. The Duquesne Light Company does not suggest that such lights be used in the Pittsburgh Area because it would lower the amount of power delivered and lower the money that customers pay. Duquesne Light has a Pro Nuclear Culture left over by being the company who suffered through the worlds first commercial Nuclear Power Station at Shipping Port where My Uncle Elmer worked for many years.

Things have changed. All the highly radio-active, dangerous nuclear waste now sitting at Beaver Valley is proof that the basic idea is bad. All the releases of Radio-Active Tritiated Water that is released into the Ohio River (and into the Beaver Valley Air as Tritiated Water Vapor) is causing fear that the that (radio-active) Water can become part of the human body and cause mutations of our DNA and sickness of all kinds. These kinds of thoughts add to the LED Light Revolution because less power output means less harm released from the reactors that continuously produce a very long list of very bad stuff.

Thomas Edison Did A Good Job and we have all benefited greatly. Now we have the opportunity to do 10 times better than Edison and lead the way for the World just as we have with all the electric lights around the world. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realize that spending $490.00 out of pocket to reduce your electric bill by $490.00 per year and get the same benefit for the next 10 years (because the LED Lights are likely to last that long).

Do you think that Duquesne Light will promote this project as a good thing for Western PA?

The thing to do is to put yourself and the health and welfare of the western PA area AHEAD of the income that Duquesne Light now receives and give them some room to be able to increase the future load of new businesses, electric cars and a well planed conversion of Beaver Valley Nukes to fuel fired boilers.

The 32 Nuclear Reactors in our “Basic American Vacation Land” are just filled up with Nuclear Power Plants and hardly any other kind of power plant. The area has a “Nuclear Infection” with Radio-Active Tritiated Water Vapor discharged from the plants and blowing around in all directions as well as the dangerous Tritiated Water that is dumped into virtually all the fresh water rivers and streams. Each plant has two 1,000 MW Capacity reactors.

With 32,000 Mega Watts of capacity, and 40% being the lighting Load, it means that the lighting load of 12,800 MW can be knocked down to only 1,280 MW, a reduction of 11,520 MW. This is like having almost 13 Nuclear Power Reactors shut down by installing only 426,666,000 pieces of 3 watt led lights doing the job of 426,666,000 of the obsolete 30 watt incandescent bulbs. Goliath is being taken down with a single Hi-Tech BB instead of a fist size rock.

This means that only 426,666,000 high quality $50.00 Led Lights = $ 21.3 Billion Dollars to make the 13 NEW Nuclear Plants (worth $ 130 Billion Dollars) that do not have to be built.

Further, because of the reduced power bill, the area consumers will pay for the LED lights during the first 2 years with the money they do not have to pay the power companies! The next 8 or 9 years will still be low cost electricity and the electric energy tax will be lower as well. The air conditioning load will also go down because the Incandescent lights put out a heck of a lot of heat.

My daughter and her family live in Charlotte and it grieves my greatly how horrible it is that the US Department Of Energy has kept it quiet how wonderful the Led Lights work and how well they are a Truly Green Alternative to the 13 new nukes that they talked an ignorant President Bush into. 467 million Led Lights at $23.4 Billion Dollars, seems a bit too heavy right now. A quick look at the South East states, compliment of NIRS.org, indicates that more work needs to be done to set the objectives of LedLightAmerica. And then work on the Carolinas with 10 reactors around Charlotte!

3) The Agenda is to assist all the Led Light Enterprisers who are out there doing business to report their LED wattage sales so as to get the estimation of the power reductions to be understood by the public and the Electric utilities obtained by using the LED Kilo Watts times a factor of 9 to get Power Reduction.

4) The Big Picture Objective is to build a web site (which R.J.Gramm does not have the resources to do) so that all sellers to the public can know where to send the information and be assured that the total LED KW will be handled in a transparent way and will result in showing the KW Power reduced in America.

Americans have always been free, within the limits of their income, to live the good life and use electricity to make their life better by using all the appliances and conveniences that electric consumption allows. The objective of reducing power can be done to some extent by turning off lights, buying more efficient appliances or even cooking outdoors. But there are some things that, although they lower the consumption, should not be done. Burning your house down will lower consumption. Some people who had their house burned down by hot halogen lamps that started drapes on fire can attest to that. Buying and installing “Energy Star” Compact Fluorescent Lights that contaminate the environment will also lower power and make DOE happy that they approve of and recommend such lights. They are an environmental disaster, DOE knows it but they believe that some “trade offs” are worth while if they approve of them.

The same kind of thinking by DOE, Along with the Power of the Presidency that chairs the NRC and have persuaded both the Senate and the House of Representatives that CO2 is “Pollution” also believe that it is a “Trade OFF” to allow the Nuclear Power Plants to contaminate the Land, Water and Air to produce Electricity that makes our life more convenient. DOE Knows that there are Billions of Gallons of Tritiated Water being Released into all our drinking Water and they deny it. DOE Knows that the Principal Green House Gas is Water Vapor and they deny it. Worse, they know that CO2 is “our one and only principal food growing gas upon which all life on Planet Earth Depends” but they continue the attack on CO2 so that Nuclear Power can have a reason to exist. They want to limit our economy by putting limits on the burning of fuels. DOE Knows that Tritiated Water can seriously harm anyone who drinks it and they deny it. And worse, they put out Fake Expertise on the subject on the subject of understanding of the Genome (that is seriously harmed by Tritiated Water).Therefore, they deny the harm from a position of intellectual superiority and by avoiding the medical community and the REAL Genome Experts.

So, the overall Big Picture Objective of LedLightAmerica is to beg people to get involved in every and any way that they can, at all levels, as soon as possible, so that the Principle that people will know that “Time Wounds All Heels” will prevail and all of the bad things being done to America will stop.

However, do not let anybody marginalize the good work of making and selling LED Lights because some old guy in Pittsburgh is willing to rail against the worst agency in the history of America. There may not be any laws against all the bad things thus far exhibited by DOE and their beltway co-conspirators. Truth, Justice and the American Way are always under attack from all sides and from within. A truth in advertising is a simple example when we note that DOE’s Energy Information Agency shows 1 million Mega Watts of electric Capacity with the 104 reactors in service contributing only 100 thousand Mega Watts (10%) but all the Nuclear players like to report that Clean, Safe Nuclear Power contributes 20% of the nations needs.

As a starting Point consider 7 Nuclear Plants crowded into the Carolinas. The population of North Carolina ( 9.2 million) and South Carolina (4.8 Million) totals 14 Million People. That is 1 million People for each of the 14 Nuclear Reactors (2 per Plant). They do not know that they hold the world record of 2 Million Innocent Folks for each Nuclear plant. They never voted to have that many. They do not know how much Tritiated Water is being dumped into their water supply. They don’t know what the heck Tritiated water is? They don’t know it is readily made to be part of their bodies and that they can be harmed by it on a very personal basis and for generations to follow.. The one right up the coast line from Myrtle Beach really gets me mad.

What is needed is to contact everybody in those 2 states, get the whole contaminating story on the table and ask them to immediately fill their houses with Led Lights and pressure the Utilities to change their ways and convert the nukes to safe natural gas or clean coal boilers. Lets say there are 4 people per household.

It doesn’t take a Rocket Scientist to divide the 3.5 million Households by 7 Nukes to get 500,000 households per Nuke (3.5 million / 7 Nukes = 0.5 million per Nuke). For lack of a better number one can estimate that each household needs to put about 30 led lights into service (at an average of 4 watts each) at a price of $30.00 each in order to drastically lower their demand Each 4 Watt LED Light reduces the electric load by 36 Watts (that is, a 40 watt bulb is replaced by a 4 watt LED).

Therefore each household reduces power by 30 Led Lights x 36 Watts x 3.5 Million Households = 3.789 MW. Showing all the Zeros 30 x 36 x 3,500,000 = 3,780,000,000 Watts reduced. = 3.8 MW. Since there are 2 reactors per Nuke Plant, the Business/government sector will have to do their part and knock off their 3.9MW. Call it 4 MW when the air conditioning load is considered. Factor in all the savings by businesses and governmental load and air conditioning reductions and one can conclude that 4 of the Nuclear plants, 8 reactors, can be shut down and converted to safe, clean and green fuel fired boilers. The manufacture, advertising, selling and installation of 30 quality Led Lights in 3.3 Million Households at $50 dollars each comes out to be only $5.25 Billion to obtain $52.5 Billion Dollars of Reduced Energy Cost.

There are 5 licensed commercial nuclear reactors in North Carolina. Units 1 and 2 at the Brunswick plant are boiling water reactors (BWR). The pair of reactors at the McGuire power plant and the lone reactor at the Shearon-Harris plant are light water pressurized reactors (PWR).

There are 7 licensed commercial light water pressurized reactors (PWRs) in South Carolina. The Oconee plant has the most nuclear capacity of any of the State's plants, with three light water reactors rated at 846 Megawatts (electric) each. The largest reactors, however, are the pair of PWRs at the Catawba plant, rated at 1,129 MW(e) each. The other two nuclear plants are single-unit operations.

Driving down the highway past Lake Norman, on 3 occasions, we never saw a boat out on the lake and the shores certainly are not full of picnic sites and vacation activities. No ducks or geese were noticed and there were no fish markets to be seen. Well, it is a small lake but one can wonder if it can stand the dumping of Tritiated Water from the 2 McGuire Reactors which have no cooling towers and the heat has to be going somewhere. Charlotte N C , surrounded by 10 Atomic Reactors can use LED Lights to solve the problem

Pittsburgh, PA, March 31^st, 2009 Author, R. J. Gramm has discovered that there are 10 Nuclear Reactors that encircle Charlotte and Columbia in the Carolinas. He was doing research for his web site, www.exonerateco2.com , about the subject of harm by Radio-Active Water on the DNA of people who drink such water. He found a map of where the Reactors are located in the South-East of the USA and was startled to find a total of 14 Reactors in the pair of states. They have to discharge Tritiated Water into the rivers and lakes in order to make Nuclear Power.

Anti-Nuclear web sites have been complaining for years about the release of Tritium into the atmospheres but never got any results. The Nuclear Power Industry is politically connected and well subsidized by the U S Government. The “CO2 Myth”, as Mr. Gramm considers it, has been the subject of his work for the last 5 years on his web site and when he found a wonderful Op-ED by James A. Peden

Mr. Gramm knew at once that his work as well as the Peden piece was surely enough to put to rest all the carbon credit and global warming stuff once and for all. But there was one loose end. How come nobody knows about all the TRITIATED WATER being released into essentially all of America’s drinking water? The EPA web site only mentions “Tritium” and says how safe it is to release over and over. But, there was a standard on the maximum radio-activity for Tritiated Water he found elsewhere and that raised his interest. He suspects everything that the government does.

Since Tritiated Water behaves like old fashioned pure water, can not be filtered out, and would become part of the bodies of people who drink the water, this was serious stuff. He added some Human Genome information to his web site and it was as horrible of a situation as all of the Radio-Active Solid Waste and other releases that nobody knows about. As chance would have it, he discovered that the little solid state electronic L.E.D.s (Light Emitting Diodes) were being promoted for Christmas trees by DOE (Department Of Energy) while the rest of the world is installing household bulbs at a great pace. Mr. Gramm is not a fan of DOE.

Only 2 weeks worth of study revealed that these efficient, cool, tiny, low power lights were being grouped together into super efficient light bulbs could really do wonders for the USA by reducing the national lighting needs by a whopping 300,000 Mega Watts out of the 1 million Mega Watts that we have in service. All the harm done by the piddling 100,000 Mega Watts of capacity that the horrible 104 Nuclear Reactors have were suddenly QUITE OBSOLETE and un-necessary. The truth is that the nuclear power types always say they supply 20% of America’s power. Not so. 100,000 Mega Watts is only 10% or less. They can’t seem to keep these old, dangerous antiques running smoothly.

So, therefore, trying to convince the U S Government, the NRC, DOE, The Supreme Court (who thinks CO2 is Pollution), both houses of Congress and a population that believes in global warming and reducing “carbon emissions” is a waste of time and energy. An old bird in Pittsburgh is NO MATCH for the Power of The Presidency that chairs the NRC and all the money that DOE gets to promote Nuclear Power and do all the bad projects that we do not want or need.

The SOLUTION TO SHUT DOWN the foolish and dangerous industry that hurts America at every turn is to install Led Lights all across America as quickly as possible on a high priority basis as though your life depended upon it. It turns out that your life may actually depend upon shutting those reactors. Mr. Gramm believes that time wounds all heels. Truth, Justice and the American Way is going to come down on the heads of the people who built the Global-Warming/Climate-Change/Climate-Crisis/CO2-Myth.

All Americans will benefit greatly if they buy a house full of Led Lights and install them. They will see the electric bill go down immediately and stay low for 10 or more years as a result. They will have more cash (a tax free income) and nobody can stop them. Good Luck America and God Bless.

The project to rescue Charlotte from the clutches of the Nukes is going to be more complicated than meets the eye. The problem is not so much about contacting all the people who use electric power and spend the time and money to describe what the heck a LED Light is because the average customer has only to do a web site search and more information is available on the nature of LED Lights is all there.

The Bush Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007, signed on Dec 18^th , 2007 says to phase out 100 watt Bulbs in 2010 and finish phasing 40 watt incandescent bulbs starting in 2014. It sounds to this Author that 2010 is just around the corned and we need some 100 watt incandescent substitutes pretty quick. Bush signed thinking that the DOE recommended CFL’s were going to do the job as the Phase out began, did not know that LED Lights existed and did not know that the LEDs last 5 times (or More) longer that the CFLs. Home Depot and Lowes are LOADED with hundreds of the large and small funny, fragile and dangerous short lived CFLs. They are already obsolete and a hazard to dispose of. Many are a 100 Watt incandescent substitute. Because of the Bush push on the advice of DOE. Fines for not doing the CFL disposal according to law are on the horizon.

Tell your Home Depot and Lowes managers to return them and place some orders for LEDs. Pick a UL approved one with a dimmable light out-put one like the one in the following link as a substitute for the dead duck 100 watts soon to be Banned. It is only a 40 watt incandescent substitute, but will likely do the job because it is a better directed light situation and the old lumen standard was a fudged test and measurement script. The earth Led 40 watt dimmable bulb is shown below.

Dimmable means that it is spike and surge resistant because dimmers often add a (chopped) current method to do the dimming. One does not have to install it with a dimming switch and it will work fine (longer) in an ordinary off-on lamp socket. All the Home Depot stores should get the message about what to do and start setting up sources for the leds at places like LedLight.com and earthled.com. Our illustrious government has set up another CRISIS situation with the environmental loosing CFLs and according to my calendar 2010 in only 7 months away and the only folks who can respond to it are the Many LED Light suppliers which I have not had the time to study and recommend.

It's been a busy week, as we've been on the road attending the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) conference on carbon capture technology in Pittsburgh. We're glad to be back, and excited to tell you a little about the event.

Jared Ciferno, a technology manager at NETL, gave an overview of the status of the Department of Energy's R&D program. He said DOE's goal by 2020 is to have commercial deployment of post-combustion CO2 capture that:

· Captures 90 percent of CO2
· Has 99 percent storage permanence
· Has less than a 10 percent increase in the cost of electricity

Over the next few days, we heard from researchers about post-combustion control that included solvents, sorbents, oxy-combustion and membranes.

It looks like that “Old Bird in Pittsburgh” is up against DOE at every turn. DOE has a Notre Dame Professor Edward Maginn and Jared Ciferno, a technology manager, with a good salary, working hard with a big budget at the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL). NETL did NOTHING to advance the Led Light Technology so as to make drastic electric power reductions and would rather rail against the One And Only, Mother Natures Super Food Growing, Environmental Super Gas which knows how to store CO2 into edible food we all need. DOE WILL NEVER admit that WATER VAPOR is the Principal Green House Gas. Is the EPA going to insist on an Environmental Impact Study about where to store this new funny stuff?

It is a surprise that they came to Pittsburgh and did not visit Beaver Valley #1and #2, Nuclear Power Plants.

THAT is why the installation of a large volume of led lights in the Heart of the Area where a big Nuclear Power Infection Resides (Charlotte NC) is one of America’s most urgent projects.

Author R. J. Gramm has another project up his sleeve to drastically reduce Transformer Core Losses World Wide and there by make the planet a better place. Getting back to the Charlotte Nuke reduction, we need some data on LOWES (who have 20 stores in Charlotte and 20 in Columbia) that should be convinced to handle Led Lights as well as Kmart/Sears. An important aspect of the 90% lighting load reduction that the LEDs provide is that the Electric Air Conditioning load will also go down and essentially double the benefit for the electric customers.

The whole energy/political/Nuclear-Power/Global-Warming ball of wax becomes clear as to why the CFLs were pushed by DOE so that when the electric energy tax is imposed it will be justified as a way to force the consumers to switch to CFLs as a way to reduce the impact of the tax. It is using the old “Cigarette Tax to reduce smoking” justification for the tax. It explains why there are so many CFLs in the West View PA Home Depot.

All this stuff is so negative because it is a “Long Crisis” atmosphere which always forces people to get on the “Band Wagon to Hell”. When one understands that DOE is “The Enemy Within” that is leading the “Orchestra of Lies and Denial” things get more clear. Time Does Wound All Heels and that time is near.

This author finds it Obscene that such a plant is in the engineering stage when the citizens do not know about all the Tritiated Water (Because of NRC and DOE hidden agenda, and Duke “ignorance” of the releases even though they are reported from the other Nukes in the Carolinas.

NIRS.org (c’mon nirs, Spend some lawyer money) ought to put in a lawsuit on Tritiated Water Releases.

Also, the Carbon Offset Program and NC Green Power that extract cash from an ignorant public should be tested in court for “truth in advertising” and racketeering promotion of Ponzi schemes that gives the participant nothing back but the first $4.00 matching on the fist payment to each of the plans. The law suit should ask for all the money back and the court should be advised of all the Pro CO2 information that is available.

If there was ever a company that did not need another Nuclear Plant it is Duke. Aggressive LED Light sales and installation in the Carolina base will go a long way in convincing Duke to switch the engineering to a state of the art steam plant next to the old Nuke with enough capacity to run some steam lines over there as soon as all the Nuke Stuff cools down. Westinghouse can help. But They will hate it. It might even be cheaper than going for the investment needed for the reactor up-grade needed in the life extension plan for the old nuke. Both of these companys must stop dumping Tritiated Water into all of the drinking water sources.

The cost of the LED Lights is carried by the reduction in the power bill, followed by an 8 to 10 year period because of the long LED Life while the led light revolution considers how low the price of the LEDs can be made to go. The nice thing about reducing the power out put by Atomic Power Plants is that it reduces the horrible Radio Active Solid Waste that nobody knows what to do with. It reduces the Mutation-Causing, DNA-Harming, Tritiated Water Releases and stops the closed Nuclear Plants from telling us how they are the “clean and safe source of energy” over and over and over. A clean and safe nuclear plant is a Closed Nuclear Plant. But, the US government doesn’t know how to make them safe and get rid of the hazardous fuel that will be radioactive for millions of years. (See Item Q) below)

The LED LIGHT Manufacturers do not have to know about ANY of the Nuclear Plants. They only have to know about the good that they will do by doing a good job of helping their customers to save a ton of money. They can be admired and, hopefully, very profitable in the long haul. A solar electric system on the roof of your house (that does not have to support antique incandescent light bulbs) is one heck of a lot smaller and cheaper as a result of the wonderful folks that have risked the business of getting into The Led Light Revolution. One R.J.Gramm feels a lot better messing around with Led Lights than being an Anti Nuclear advocate.

The Anti-Nuclear types have lost the battle after 30 years of being beat up by the continuous production of lies, myths, mis-information and well funded by US economic support for distorted web sites that play their part in the grand scheme of promoting and approving everything the Pro-nukes say and do. But, the appearance of Led Light technology can be a real help for the Anti-Nuclear folks if they are smart enough to understand that Led Lighting is certain to spread far and wide and lower the demand for electricity. Most of the Anti-Nukes have gradually swung away from having one subject to sell and have advanced into generally being “Do Good” enterprisers with a lot of causes and “Donate Buttons”. It may well be that trying to sell Led Lights is “Below Them” because all the programs they now support are in a stable area of “Do-Goodingness” that can go on forever. There are a lot of things that must be done because there is a continuous supply of jerks who always do the wrong thing. In a big Country like America, a lot of Good and Harm can happen at the same time.

So, Therefore, The way to defeat the “Pro-Nuclear Power” advocates is to do things that make electric Power Generation and Distribution obsolete. It can be done with all kinds of positive activity that does not dwell on being an “Anti Activity” but rather being a promoter of Positive, “Pro Activity” on the following things:

A) Manufacturing and distributing Led Lights, residential first, then businesses then in the Beltway

B) Manufacturing and distributing Residential Solar Electric Systems, big or small

C) Promoting Locally Owned and Operated (Non-Nuclear) Power Plants that have back-up capacity.

D) Promoting and owning Local Clean Coal and by-product energy plants for local use.

E) Developing local “Energy Stations” that serve as the “Gas Station Alternative” for electric cars.

F) Place your advance order for a Chevrolet “VOLT” tomorrow, GM needs your help, but GM stock.

G) Double the building thermal insulation system for all structures with some retro-fit passive solar

H) Promote natural-gas fuel cells for neighborhood sized utilities, private funding and fuel back up

I) Install a residential dual fuel electric generator with a full 12 day un-interruptible electric backup.

J) Install a geo-thermal heating and air conditioning system with full back up electric supply.

K) Build only Passive Solar Heating in northern buildings with Solar Electric operated ventilation.

L) Make sure, in the meantime, that you can do without electric power for a 1 month period

M) Install a wood-pellet/coal stove with cooking features as a build on the side of the house for safety.

N) Get rid of all politicians every 6 or 8 years for sure with 1 year un-employment features

O) Buy stock in the “Nuclear Fleet” operating companies until ownership and control is guaranteed.

P) Convert your Nuclear Plants to fuel fired boilers and find work for 1000 slaves at each reactor.

Q) “Put Back” in small pieces all the nuclear waste in sturdy carbon pitch containers buried far and wide.

S) Study the death and disease statistics for the metropolitan Charlotte N C area over the last 40 years

T) De-construct the CO2 myth, the Carbon Credit scam and the Tritiated Water cover-up with penalties

U) Stop work on the Smart Grid, Carbon Sequestration, and a host of DOE programs & nuke laboratories

V) .Is this a work of art, or what? No, it is only some old guy in Pittsburgh switching to Led Lighting.

Because the lighting load for Led Lights is so low, it opens the door for additional benefits and advancements that are not usually considered. For example;

An UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) can be considered for keeping lights on during a power failure. And, of course, the light next to the computer must surely be a Led Light simply because it is likely to be a high use light. A typical small UPS can run a small Led Light for a very long time indeed.

Computers have also created a market for Surge Protectors which are readily available and it might be a good idea to install a few on lamps that are used a lot because Led Lights have the same vulnerability to surges as a computer or solid state TV. The electric supply is getting more cluttered with surges every year as the grid gets larger and more complicated.

A residential sized solar electric system is now more practical because it can be made smaller because of the low power consumption of Led Lights. A properly sized UPS, of course, should be part of a solar electric system simply because the sun shines only during the day.

The solar heating work was halted by President Regan who came down hard against the Carter “War on Energy” and killed the Carter Tax Credit to Home Owners who could get a $2,500.00 tax credit at just about the time that suppliers were geared up to really get stuff installed. When politics gets to work stopping Good things or promoting Bad things (Like Nuclear Power and Global Warming myths) it is not good for America.

The use of the transformer ideas can result in a world wide savings of $ 8 Billion Dollars per year in 24/7 core losses as the result of a 25% weight reduction of core material that results from the ideas. After looking at the 2 items that the EPA promotes about Tritium on page 18 and then quickly looking over the 2 essays from Russell (Ace) Hoffman on Page 17, the conclusion is that there is no newspaper in the USA that would ask for his permission and then publish them. Their size and complexity is surely justified considering the Power and level of intensity that the Pro-Nukes use to defend their denial. But surely, there are interested people out there who could get Russell’s permission to make a 500 word capsule and print it.

However, since many lives are at stake and we are all being attacked by Tritiated Water at higher and higher concentrations every day, the 2 essays of Russell deserve to be read by everybody and the best way to present the information is to show the links when in an electronic media situation and people can easily go there and study the essays and get ALL the facts so that our population is more informed than a cadre of the PHDs inside the beltway. Pro Nuclear Power folks have an answer for everything and a denial of anything.

The first essay says that the EPA standard of 20,000 pico Curies Per Liter of Water is entirely too high and a reasonable person would suggest a level of 70 pico Curies Per Liter of Water.

20,000 pico Curies means 740 Nuclear Breakdowns per second per liter and the shooting out of 740 Beta particles (electrons) and leaving behind 740 HO free radicals every second. The betas break molecular bonds and do all sorts of destruction too numerous to mention.

The second essay proves that the 6 KEV speedy electrons released are not “weak” by any means and the EPA uses the “WEAK’ description over and over again (a sure sign of denial) and never mentions the effects of the left-overs going around and stealing electrons from other molecules and causing harm. Tritiated Water is very harmful water in disguise as normal pure water. Since water is the basic constituent of life itself, as guided by our DNA, everything in your body is at risk by Tritiated Water and it can be anywhere in the body causing harm.

Answer: Filtration can be accomplished but is highly specialized and expensive, not on a scale available for public water systems. Liquid scintillation counting is used to determine the quantity of tritium present in water.

SIC. ) The body continuously replaces soft tissue and water is used to build the tissue and/or to store energy in the Liver or in storage as fat. So five minutes after one takes a drink, SOME OF The Tritiated Water is going to be part of you for a long time and is radiating SOME part of your body the very first day. Since the contamination of the water is a constant level of contamination situation, it doesn’t matter because the water that replaces it is also contaminated. This is bad news. )

At this juncture, the 9 questions, the EPA answers to them and the response by Mr. Gramm to the EPA answers on Page 21 and Page 21-B are a definitive proof that the Public and the Legislators at all levels have been mis-led for many years about the releases of Tritiated Water, the harm that it can do to the Gene Pool (and the DNA specifically) of Humans. The failure of the EPA and DOE (and many other agencies and offices) to admit that Water Vapor is the Principal Green House Gas has contributed to the harmful and untrue belief that Nuclear Power is “Clean” and “safe” because it emits no Carbon Dioxide when in fact it has been the practice to cover up the Tritiated Water releases by mentioning Tritium Only as releasing “Weak” beta radiation when the fact is it is indeed a bad idea to be drinking Tritiated Water that puts the radiation in close contact with, inside, and part of, the entire human body.

There is no part of the Constitution that protects the Human Genome from attack by Tritiated Water or any other radio-active, chemical or biological material. Our innocent legislators have set up a system that makes the Presidency the chief officer of “another country “reporting only to himself in matters handled by the NRC and the goings on with the Nuclear Power owners. The recent Bush Tenure has been very harmful to the nuclear situation in many ways and far more reaching than we appreciate.

The good news is that the People Of North Carolina can put themselves at the forefront of un-nuclearization with a True Green Power agenda. It starts out with the tiny Led Lights that save 90% of the lighting load, graduates to small solar electric systems just sized right to handle the reduced lighting load using available UPS systems to store power for the night, adding a specific solar electric set of panels and an UPS just for the refrigerator-freezer, graduating up to more solar electric for non lighting loads with bigger UPS supplies and with fuel fired electric generators as a backup (and so on) until they are FREE of the need to have Nuclear Power Plants.

Recently, this author discovered www.power4home.com which has a lot of hype but is surely able to be of assistance to the people willing to make an effort to see what really can be done with vision and ingenuity. Skip Jenny at the beginning and look the site over. If there is anything I learned after being in the solar heating business for 10 years (in the 1980s), it is that an important benefit from a roof full of solar collectors is that the shadow produced by the collectors will significantly reduce the air conditioning load. Therefore, forget the free standing stand alone unit on a post in the back yard and shade and modify the roof so you can get up there easily and go with a big UPS and backup generator in an out door energy supply shed. Furthermore, install a solar water heater with a solar panel and ups system to protect them from power outages and game playing by the electric utilities. They always used to have noon time power failures at noon which boiled out the circulating fluid every time.

Tell them “Ronald Sent Me”. Looking into Solar Electric will have to wait until I can get some results in filling North Carolina with reliable, long lasting, money saving Led Lights that yield a little commission.

A Pittsburgh Author has discovered that 6 of the 10 Nuclear Reactors (actually 11 because Oconee has 3 reactors) that encircle Charlotte are located in South Carolina and have a big influence on the health of the citizens of Columbia as well because of the reactors that dump their Radio-Active Tritiated Water up stream that feed the Columbia water supply. The up stream contaminators of Columbia water comes from the 2 McGuire reactors that dump into Lake Norman in North Carolina which then sends the bad water to Charlotte and then down river to Columbia and then out into the Atlantic Ocean.

The principal offender hurting South Carolina with this horrible cover-up is Duke Power which releases 75 % of the contaminated water in the state from Catawba #1 and # 2 and from the 3 Oconee reactors. That means that 7 reactors are contaminating 4.8 Million people (686,000 people per reactor).

This is a bad situation because NONE of the Atomic Power Plants in America are willing to admit that they knowingly release all of this Radio-Active Water into most of America’s water supply and that some of it is absorbed by the human body as “normal” pure water when in fact it is Tritiated Water that can become part of the body soft tissues in the continuous tissue replacement process that we all experience. Most of out soft tissue is replaced every 19 months and water that we drink is an important part of the building process.

The Department Of Energy KNOWS that this is happening and they have built up a fake genome expertise th fight in the area of potential harm to our DNA. It is a waste time and money publishing the Genome information that they did not produce. The NRC also KNOWS that this Tritiated Water is being released and has the power (with the assistance of the Office of The President and the power of the 1956 Atomic Energy Act. Everybody feeds the phony cover story to the EPA which then becomes responsible for the limit of 20,000 pico Curie per second per Liter of water based upon faulty Hiroshima Bomb death information. The EPA is stuck in the 20^th Century even though they are 21^st Century people.

This is all quite hard for this author to write about because it is so heavy, far reaching and important to America. It required 5 years while preparing the www.exonerateco2.com web site only to discover such a burdensome story that requires a $ 25.000.00 Dollar Liquid Scintillation Counting Machine to measure what is going on. The trouble is that our original Nuclear Power Experts are almost all dead and the generation that took over are at a loss to defend the Tritiated Water that can (and does) hurt our DNA because the complete delineation of DNA was only fully known in the last 20 years. They are stuck in the 20^th century innocence about Atomic Power (even before the discovery of Quarks and Gluon) and the Power Plant design is heavily dependent upon cooling water that is easily (and purposely) contaminated by the Tritiated Water.

The problem is that a big country like America can do a lot of harm at the same time as doing a lot of good. This Author likes the good that we do. He thinks that the time has come for the Legislators to CLAMP DOWN on the DOE, the NRC and The President to CUT THIS STUFF OUT,--- NOW!

Help is needed to spread the word that the Carolinas are being abused by the people who know about the releases of Radio-Active Tritiated Water that is released into the drinking water feeding Charlotte, Columbia and elsewhere. These insidious and harmful releases must be made because the nuclear Power plants must make Tritiated Water in order to make power. There is no practical way to stop it or store it and therefore it is diluted with fresh water to meet the EPA standard and released. The EPA standard is a foolish and arbitrary standard set entirely too high and since the average person does not know about the releases and the harm that can be done to their bodies as the Tritiated water becomes part of their bodies and releases the radiation to any nearby part of the individual.

It hasn’t been checked out yet if the top people at Duke Power drink a lot of Tritiated Water or not. Maybe that can account for the decision to construct 2 more new Atomic Reactors (see Page 12). Tritiated water that enters the body from drinking it, by eating food irrigated with Tritiated Water in the rain or drawn from Tritiated Water that was discharged from some of the Duke reactors (or some that enters the lungs from a warm water vapor in the shower) can cause all kind of trouble for the person involved.

After the bad water gets in the body it can go anywhere and everywhere and become part of it and release the speedy, 6 Kev electrons that do harm when they are slowed down. In addition to causing “Cell Suicide” when a discharge occurs from a cell that then has a left over free radical, the actual electrons can surely send false signals in the brain (and to the brain) resulting in any kind of behavior that you might want to propose. In the Duke Board Room, after some twitching, itching and pain in the little toe on the right foot, Board member Mr. Nuke Like-A-Lot said “lets buy 2 more from Westinghouse, Bush will approve them.” This kind of jerky behavior can not be diagnosed. Mutations, cancer and other bodily harm of all kind that can result from radiation is one thing and the medical people can try to pinpoint the source of the problem and try to fix it. But this insidious internal, constant and undetectable kind of radiation that requires a $25,000 Dollar machine with a fluorescent cocktail to show up as a light flash when an electron is discharged from a water sample is not too useful once the Tritium gets into the body and does it’s harm. The local water company doesn’t know the Tritiated Water has been mixed in with their pure drinking water and doesn’t test for it. Ignorance Is Not Bliss.

After looking at the financials and business model of Duke Energy (A Wonderful Organization and Company) it is quite clear that they do not need another pain in the neck environmental disaster that leaves the public (their customers) with more sick and dead people as will as a bunch of Atomic Waste sitting around for millions of years on their property. You might not have heard Harry Reed say on 5/15/09 that we should leave the nuclear waste sit where it is and not have to move it “and save the tax payers millions of dollars”. If only he and people like Reed (however it is spelled) would have seriously said that kind of stuff the day before Mr. “Like-A-Lot” made his motion to the board, the new plant would have the chance of a snowball in hell of passing. Reed does not realize that it is the Tax Payers who have that horrible stuff sitting next to their back yard and nobody is asking them if they want it to sit there releasing stuff into the air and water forever.

The Duke folks actually believe that the illustrious Federal Government will hold up their end of the bargain even though they don’t have a plan and never will.

The Duke board has no respect for a million year cost of storing and protecting all that waste and don’t care because it is not their problem. People are trying to make it a Duke Energy Problem.

This Author is begging Duke to cancel the 2 nukes with a public statement that they are going to convert their nukes to natural gas fired boilers and demand that the government to remove the waste from their property as agreed and bear the cost of returning the land to a safe condition during the life of Duke Power as it now exists. The Bouad must state that they will not leave a legacy of stupidity and bad behavior to Duke, it’s stockholders, customers and all future people.

All of the recent legislative bills and the activities of Democrats inside the beltway has been quite opaque and hidden since the election.

This author waited through the first 100 days to see some Transparency and the only thing that could be found was a lot of Transparent Radio-Active Tritiated Water released into America’s water supply from the Atomic Reactors located on all the rivers and lakes getting rid of excess heat and Radio-Active liquids that must be released in order to make Nuclear Power. The 104 Nuclear Reactors hooked up to most of America’s watersheds release well over100,000 Curies of Radio Active water every year into the drinking water after it is diluted with fresh water to a level of 20,000 pico Curies per liter of water and then released.

This author sent a 9 item list of Tritiated Water red herring questions to the EPA and thy took the bait on all 9 questions with YES answers that have far reaching and national consequences. The President needs to look at the questions and the EPA response and Do something about it at first opportunity. As the head of the NRC in control of the commission party seats, he has the power to cancel all the dangerous license extensions recently approved as well as putting a hold on all new nuclear constructions already in the works. While we have his interest the following question should be asked Question Number 10 “What is the Principal Green House Gas that is responsible for the Global Warming that we need to protect all life the Planet from the cold, hostile vacuum of outer space?“.

The answer, of course, is Water Vapor and one phone call to NASA will get the correct answer.

The citizens of the Carolinas deserve to know the 10 questions and the correct answers so they can get the necessary legislative and judicial activity started to protect themselves. America has again failed to promote and maintain a leadership position because we lacked the people to stick together on the developments. When the British bought Solarex and studied ways to abandon the thin film technology, they gained a foothold in the world and only China has stepped forward with “SunTech-Power” as the leader in Solar Cells while American investors played with Microsoft and Inter shares for the last 15 years selling and re-selling the same 2 stocks at least 20 times over. It was a big dollar value like 10 Trillion dollars worth of trading that got nowhere and kept the Dow at 8,000 the whole time instead of actually investing in things that we need like LED Lights and Solar Panels. A single BP panel is symbolic of the way we have let the promise of a better life slip through our fingers in the last 30 years while our investors, our educational system, our governmental leaders and our enterprisers did not do enough to expand our prospects for the future. A 3^rd generation Prius parked down the road with a solar panel on the roof to keep the interior cool is proof of the inadequacies of our leaders. Therefore, we need to put together a package for the BP Solar panel that people will see with their own eyes making electricity that is put into storage and able to be used to shed some light or do some work when it is needed.

Also, there is a problem for people who live in northern latitudes so I have some thoughts:

My 10 years in the Solar Heating systems business (Sunway Corporation) qualifies me to instruct the "Roof Top Solar Electric" Guys to also think about solar electric for northern latitudes where snow on the roof (often making a heavy, dangerous ice sheet on roof mounted collectors of any kind) makes the roof guys struggle to get around the snow. One is NOT going to be able to get up there in the winter to fix anything.

A smart Solar Electric salesman in the North should always insist that the Solar Electric customer prospect must invest in a package of Led Lights as part of the solar electric installation because of a 90% reduction in lighting load that the solar does not have to supply and store for night time use. A big system is costly. The days of a house full of 100 watt light bulbs are gone.

A smart Solar Electric salesman in the northern latitudes should recommend vertical south facing collectors because it is known that in the dead of winter the sun is only 30 degrees above the horizon at noon and a south facing vertical collector will gather considerably more energy than a roof collector and permits one to think about survival in cold northern latitudes.

When survival gets involved, the electric wiring needs a special UPS circuit for the furnace blower and control system so that natural gas heat can still be used when the power goes out in the winter (up until a total solar electric system and house design gets to be common). There is an additional advantage to south facing vertical walls over the roof guys and that is the life and replacement of a roof top system versus a wall system. Roof mounted stuff is subject to over heating in the summer, always subject to rain and wind damage and essentially difficult to install and\or maintain.

There is another thought one can see in all of the pictures and installations on the BP Solar web site. There is the great amount of heat produced by a Solar Electric panel that is always thrown away. It is the enemy of Roof Mounted Solar Collectors. It is a "Roof Top Psyche" that refuses to look into the bold idea of selling Dual-Function Electric/Thermal Heating Collectors for northern latitudes that have all the features of so called Passive Solar that also supply Electric Power.

I sent some stuff about getting BP to think about using L.E.D. Lights by asking them to go to www.exonerateco2.com and now I am copying them in to this mail as a way to expedite a YES or a NO about dealing with You and/or Me.

So far the only good idea that I could think of is a dual hot air south wall vertical solar heating and solar electric panel set that has a hinge at the top which would flip the bottom out about 70 or 80 degrees at the bottom away from the building so that it could pick up more electric power in the summer but not have to fight the snow and roof leaks in the winter. A good sturdy lifting and support system would make it a great patio roof as well. Nobody is going to develop it and I know it. That’s OK too.

How are LED lighting products different from other lighting, like fluorescent or incandescent?

LED lighting is more efficient, durable, versatile and longer lasting than incandescent and fluorescents lighting. LEDs emit light in a specific direction, whereas an incandescent or fluorescent bulb emits light — and heat — in all directions. LED lighting uses both light and energy more efficiently.

For example, an incandescent or compact fluorescent (CFL) bulb inside of a recessed can will waste about half of the light that it produces, while a recessed down light with LEDs only produces light where it’s needed — in the room below.

Incandescent bulbs create light by passing electricity through a metal filament until it becomes so hot that it glows. Incandescent bulbs release 90% of their energy as heat.

In a CFL, an electric current is driven through a tube containing gases. This reaction produces ultraviolet light that gets transformed into visible light by the fluorescent coating (called phosphor) on the inside of the tube. A CFL releases about 80% of its energy as heat.

LED lighting products use light emitting diodes to produce light very efficiently. The movement of electrons through a semiconductor material illuminates the tiny light sources we call LEDs. A small amount of heat is released backwards, into a heat sink, in a well-designed product; LEDs are basically cool to the touch.

There is some negative stuff about bad designs ect. At the bottom of the page and a lack of product details because the government “Fast Track” is kind of slow when they have a problem of letting the CFL’s get so far along before getting into LED Lights.

They have yet to discover that the macro view of assisting LEDs will make the Nuclear Power Plants obsolete because to really push leds is not useful in approving Nuclear Power Plant licenses and new nuclear plant construction.

When the day arrives that the Global-warming/Climate-change/Climate-Crisis/CO2-pollution/Carbon-Credit Fiasco is finally admitted, it will be too late to seriously stop all the nuclear work in progress and they will be ordering the Environmental Impact Studies on Tritiated Water and legislative studies about who made the story get into the public mind. What do they know and when did they know it?

People like this author have a very high suspicion about everything that the government does. The mind set of persons like this author are as hard and firm as the leftist Bush Haters and the Global Warming Believers.

The showing of the EPA along with the DOE is an unholy alliance because the DOE has already ruined the EPA on the Tritiated Water cover-up and the high limit allowed by the EPA due to the denial of the existence of the releases into the public water supplies by DOE (and the NRC) over the years. The next most likely activity is to make the EPA a division of DOE and all the problems will go away. How is that for a movie scenario?

ANYTHING is possible inside the beltway and America has got to stop all the shenanigans or it will all fall apart. America has the ability (of a big country) to do good and evil at the same time, as mentioned.

3) Stop the Perpetuation of Myths, lies and false information and, instead, promote the spreading of accurate and scientific facts and methods so that the intellectual harm caused by false activities can not be continued and so that WATER VAPOR will be known as the principal Green House Gas which keeps planet Earth warm and comfortable against the cold and hostile vacuum of outer space by providing the Global Warming that the Sun delivers to our rotating planet and that the water vapor provides a blanket that prevent of the loss of too much heat back out into space.

Page 30 For California Residents----SAVE MONEY----STOP Rolling Blackouts ---Get True Green

        This Author noticed that California has to do Rolling Blackouts when it gets hot. It is a big state and the utilities have done a poor job of planning for the future. Too much of the power is nuclear and they can not think anyway or they would not be in that business.
       I think we can convince the Earth Led CEO to offer an "Earth Led Rolling Blackout Discount" to Californians whereby every body orders and installs an assortment of 20 pieces of the Zeta Lux bulbs at about $36.00 each ( $720.00 ). After it is obvious that it was a smart thing to do, more led lights and other good stuff will follow. Led Lights do not sell too good in California because DOE pushes "Compact Fluorescent Lights" which are the dangerous, cheap, Mercury contaminated environmental disasters that only last 10,000 hours or less and only save less than 70% of the power.
A batch of Earth Led Lights will save well over 90% of the power and will last 50,000 hours. The best investment ever made in the lighting world.
      In the first part of www.exonerateco2.com you may have noticed that I have been mailing to ALL the local Newspapers in North Carolina, population 9.3 million and it only took 100 hours to get the e-mail addresses of the editors and/or publishers. The California Project, has 4 times the population of North Carolina. This neans 1200 hours doing it the old fashioned way that I did for North Carolina. Ouch.

LED LIGHTS can turn the tide against these Rolling Blackouts and offer a big 12 year cash bonus savings for everybody at the same time:

1) Led Lights will save the people about 90% of their lighting load.
2) They will significantly lower the air-conditioning Load about 10% as a result of running so cool.
3) If everybody lowers their electric bill by 90% (and a 10% air conditioning load reduction).the Rolling Black Outs ARE GONE.

     The population of California is 36.8 million, call it 9 million households at $ 700.00 = $ 6.3 billion Dollars that will yield easily $ 500 Million Dollars for 11 years in traduced power costs. The electric utilities will love this.

Anti-Nuclear Power Advocates have an unusual bent. They rant and rave about how bad Nuclear Power is but never seem to do anything to eliminate it. The money saved by the LED LIGHT purchase will free up cash that can be spent to reduce the load even more. That will free up more cash to reduce the load even more. At first I was amazed that our Congress and then the Supreme Court ruled that Carbon Dioxide was “Pollution”. I considered it as totally silly and an insult to the educational system in the USA that supposedly well educated people could agree to such a stupid and mindless thing. I sent e-mails all over the place complaining that CO2 was one of the most important gases on Earth and that it was the source of all food on earth as the result of CO2, Water, Sunshine and Photosynthesis. All life on Planet Earth could not exist without CO2, Water and Sunshine. I tried to get into the details of whom and why made this terrible lie get into mainstream America. I wasted a lot of time and suffered complete rejection by stating it was the Nuclear Power Lobby who are trying to discredit coal burning electric utilities and label them as polluters so that the nuclear power industry could be resurrected and build more Nukes

I made up a carbon cycle chart showing the sunshine coming down and Photosynthesis putting all the CO2 and H2O molecules together forming vegetation and “life” consuming the vegetation and breathing out CO2 so as to allow the cycle to continue. I felt silly making a 5^th Grade chart that our children are hopefully taught in grade school. CO2 is the ONLY gas that is used with H2O and Sunshine to support all life. How could it possibly be called “Pollution”? I looked at my chart and I said to myself, “I guess I am a polluter because I am exhaling CO2 and so are everybody else and all the other life forms exhaling it as well! Are we all (and the animals and sea life) going to have to purchase “Carbon Credits”? Is the Supreme Court going to uphold a carbon credit tax for breathing out CO2? Is a dairy farmer or a cattle rancher going to have to purchase carbon credits for his herd? Will the Congressional members and the Judges get an exemption? Will Nuclear Power employees get an exemption for all the good work they do? By the way, MY chart includes LIFE in the cycle. The IPCC (later) info does not.

I had developed “CARBON CREDIT SYNDROME”. It is a mental condition that comes from exhaling CO2 and worrying about it as well as concern for the input from all the animals and sea life. I multiplied my 16 breaths per minute times 0.001 Pounds per breath times 60 minutes per hour times 24 hours per day times 365 days per year times times 6.7 Billion People divide 2000 and got 28 Billion Tons of CO2! Oh my God, it is the breathing of PEOPLE causing Global warming! No, No I had to spread the blame! What about all the rest of living animals and ocean life? How much are they contributing? My quick estimate was about 14 Billion tons, probably low). How about all the dead people, animals and dead ocean life? :(About 2 billion tons, low?). How about all the dead vegetable matter (leaves, grass clippings, corn stalks, plowed under field matter, mulch, dead sea weed, human waste, animal droppings and so on)? Think of it as fertilizer to grow our food by supplying the valuable CO2 that food needs, easily about 20 Billion tons

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to add up to get 64 Billion tons and easily twice that with a professionally calculated waste decomposition number. This is terrible news! Breathing necessary for Life on Planet Earth is causing global warming in addition to direct sunshine and the effect of Water Vapor (the biggest green house gas) that contributes 70% of the greenhouse effect. The 5.4 Billion tons of Carbon released into the atmosphere by coal burning utilities and petroleum fuels (that the Nuclear Lobby has made out to be pollution) is in fact a minor player in the overall scheme of things!

As far as I am concerned, the wonderful SUPER STAR of food growing, CO2, that God has given us is hereby exonerated. CO2 is NOT pollution but an integral part of LIFE and DEATH.

Write your Senators and Congressional Representatives and get them to write a law that reverses the Stupid Supreme Court Decision to call CO2 Pollution. I think that my “Carbon Credit Syndrome” is almost gone. As a result of working on this, I feel much better. R.J.G. 1/06/08

Now that I am feeling better, I am willing to spend some more time with the 8 points that I sent to the President when he was looking for a consensus on Pollution in 2007:

1) The first thing that must be understood in order to come to a consensus is that:

ALL LIFE ON PLANET EARTH IS DEPENDANT UPON CARBON DIOXIDE, WATER AND SUNSHINE to grow all the green plants and all the food we eat.

The green plants produce oxygen that we breathe as the result of photosynthesis in addition to making our food and storing it for harvesting. Changes in any of the 3 inputs will affect the amount and quality of the vegetation produced. No vegetation will be produced if the CO2 is too low, if water is not available or if there is drastically reduced sunshine. The proportions of each are influenced by the temperature in the area and the chemical and energy relationships involved in the process. All the details are not yet fully and completely understood.

2) Next, it must be proclaimed, therefore, that Carbon Dioxide is NOT pollution and the Supreme Court must reverse the Ruling that CO2 is pollution. They must apologize to the USA for getting their nose into science where they do not belong. This is a serious mistake coming from a high place in the mind of the people.

It is an embarrassment to the educational system in America that so many people have swallowed the idea that CO2 is pollution.

3) The Third thing to understand is that the CO2 / Temperature relationship is an Hourly, Daily and SEASONAL happening. In the spring, when the leaves on the forest floor get warmed up, the happy bacteria, bugs and worm’s get busy turning last years crop of leaves and other vegetable matter into CO2 and water. Calling it a biomass might be a good idea. As the temperature rises (as we progress from winter into summer) the biomass gets warmer and warmer due to the action of the sun, the local weather and the increased activity of the biomass caused by the energy released by the bacteria. More and more CO2 is released to the air as the soil temperature rises and much of it is immediately consumed by the growing leaves. It is an essentially unrecorded production and consumption of the CO2 because of the local nature of the releases from the ground to the nearby leaves. But, some of it misses the leaves or gets blown away and is recorded as an increase in CO2 level depending on the location of the sensor, the time of day, the temperature of the soil, the wind speed and direction, the altitude of the sensor and the number of observations recorded.

4) Next, it must be realized that the biomass is HUGE. The Carbon-connected experts say that there is 1900 Giga Tons of Carbon on the planet and they like to publicize an estimated annual release of 5.5 Billion tons of carbon released into the atmosphere due to coal and petroleum burning. Much of the 1900GT of Carbon is salted away into trees, plants, animals and ocean life forms. The word HUGE is used because of the direct connection of the leaves and the nearby gas coming up from the soil makes it an imponderable number without the serious study that it deserves. It releases a HUGE amount of CO2 and the growing green plants consume a HUGE amount of CO2 to produce all our food for the year as well as a bounty of biomass that can be used for energy. An acre of green vegetation has an annual cellulose capacity to produce at least 1500 gallons of green fuel (the experts say) and we erroneously use an alcohol from corn base which has difficulty yielding only 100 gallons per acre. We have locked ourselves into Corn alcohol and refuse to look at Sugar Cane, Sugar beets, corn husks, grass clippings and wood chips. The number of options we are not following is very large.

5) It is very important to keep our eye upon the reality and complexity of the weather, the size of the CO2 biomass at the various locations like the oceans and the jungles, forests, plains and the fact that the northern hemisphere is 6 months out of step with the CO2 production and consumption in the southern hemisphere. The influence of coal and petroleum burning is so small when compared to the CO2 from the biomass that it is a minor event. It is not as low as the 5.5 Billion Tons Released as a ratio of the 1900 Giga Tons, (1.9 Million Billions of Tons) because some if it is coal yet to be mined and burned. The Carbon Credit and other analysts who like nuclear power have an agenda that slants the results to show that CO2 is a serious greenhouse gas. Point 8 below addresses the reality that water vapor is the main greenhouse gas.

In terms of the “Greenhouse Effect”, Water Vapor accounts for 70% of the effect, CO2 for 26%, Methane for 9% and Ozone for 3%.

6) Additionally, the green plants will simply grow faster if there is more CO2 than normal and the biomass will become a little bigger for next years biomass spring and summer CO2 surge. Talk to a greenhouse operator about the value of putting in CO2 and what happens if this is not done or if the temperature is allowed to get too high from solar heating. To get an average measurement of the CO2 level for the planet is highly speculative because of the reasons in Point 3 above. Our fake scientists who want to limit the success of America are mis-leading us. Measuring glacial ice CO2 is a total waste of money that serves no purpose because of the direct connection of the soil and the nearby plants, and therefore is only a measure of what gets blown away from the plants or what is not absorbed by the plants and the oceans if the origin of the CO2 was from Coal or Petroleum burning. The measured increase may indeed be the result of improved agriculture and modern fertilization and watering methods and provides no useful or reliable information other than that. Showing 100 year periodic cycles of the ice CO2 versus temperature without footnotes as to the population increase (causing better farming), the existence of a mini Ice age and/or the estimated weight and temperature of the Glacial ice pack and the sun activity cycles is gross negligence.

7) Importantly, CO2 is heavier than air and stays close to the ground where the growing plants are. It is the most important "Nutrient" that is combined with water in the sunshine to make the plants grow. Without it, the land is not arable if there is not enough decaying matter in the soil to produce CO2 and allow it to escape to the green leaves. More than 2.2 billion tons of CO2 (from the 5.5 billion tons released) from combustion processes is absorbed from the air every year by the growing plants that anxiously await its arrival from above as well as that produced in the decaying material from below. If one goes out to the middle of a large well cultivated field on a warm spring day and digs a 12 inch hole 12 inches deep, and measures the CO2 level, it can easily be over 50%. In some areas with an abnormal collection of accumulated vegetable matter, the CO2 at the bottom of the same hole will not support combustion. A large field with a well shaped depression in the middle is a farmer’s best friend.

8) Upon further investigation, It appears that the largest quantity of "Greenhouse Gas" is in fact Water Vapor as mentioned in Point 5. CO2 is a minor player when compared to the bulk volume of water vapor The surface of the oceans is very large and the water vapor is constantly evaporating from it. And, the ocean is constantly absorbing CO2 at the rate of more than 3.3 Billion tons of per year (from the combustion processes that release the 5.5 Billion tons into the air) as a big portion of the primary nutrient for all the life in the ocean. Some of the “blown away” CO2 from the biomass on land is also absorbed by the oceans.

There is something fishy about calling CO2 "pollution" when it really is the key component to the production of all food on the planet and the release of oxygen to support all life Both the legislature in the Energy act and in the Supreme Court have made a mistake. A grant to Consol to study ways to sequester CO2 (when the oceans do such a good job at just the right rate) is foolishness. How twisted can we be?

The President must not have read my e-mail and the consensus report has yet to be announced. The people inside the beltway are in a self serving, well funded little community that is isolated from the rest of the country. We let the government spend an awful lot of foolish money as political earmarks and we subsidize Nuclear Power on a regular basis. We look the other way when it comes to letting the Nuclear Plants continue to produce so much nuclear waste that will be radio active for a million years.

The Nuclear Power Lobby has been successful in claiming that CO2 is a cause of Global Warming and that Nuclear Power is the answer. No less than 31 new nuclear Power Plants are under consideration all up and down the east coast and the Anti-Nuclear advocates are as silent as a church mouse. There is nobody leading them and no communication between them to stop the projects.

So far the old bird in Pittsburgh has presented the truth that Carbon Dioxide should be removed from the list of air pollution and returned to it’s status as the one and only gas that produces all the food on Planet Earth when combined with Water and Sunshine. It is an important job. The Pro-Nuclear Power Lobby has trumped up a story that Too Much CO2 is causing Global Warming and our stupid legislators have put it in the 2007 and 2008 energy bills to look for ways to sequester it (reduce the amount) and find other ways to get energy other than coal and petroleum burning. The oceans are an important way of sequestering CO2 as it now does because the CO2 is needed by the algae, sea weed and other green plants to grow all the food for marine life. It is a pretty reliable method and a proven way that basically determines the CO2 level in the air over the land masses.

Well, having the science and the facts about how big the Oceans are and the ability to dissolve the CO2 and get it transferred to the plants and up the food chain to the animals is all fine and dandy. That kind of stuff WILL NOT get the Carbon Dioxide exonerated and get the legislators and Judges to change their ways. The amount of effort to change the public perception that the Nuclear Mind Benders have planted will take much more money than the nukes spent because it is always more costly to re-build than to destroy. Fighting lies with truth, undoing the harm from lies, will take some time.

Step 1) Therefore, what is needed is a carefully crafted plan to distribute the truth and a system of milestones that track the public response to the work invested. A Mega Web Site that includes all the Anti-Nuclear Power web sites, all the health and radiation disease experts and all the environmental activists working together to Exonerate CO2 and show the Nuclear Power Industry as an Industry in Denial based upon outright lies, hidden data on the harm caused to people and an unsolvable problem of mitigating the horrible and dangerous situation that has been allowed at the plants, at the waste storage pools and on the waste disposal problem in general.

Step 2) Publicize and track the success (and/ or problems) as the various subjects are resolved. So that nobody can hide when a fact is presented and it is not accepted by the media, the legislators or the industry participants who are named when they tell a fib or a half truth of give an excuse in denial. One of the first projects is to get the Anti-Nuclear Power folks to shape up the Wikipedia web site.

3.1 Convert the reactors to fuel fired boilers using the rest of the site and local fuels.

3.2 Contact all “Nuclear Fleet Investors” and ask if they would fund the switchover.

3.4 Keep a running list of old nukes with issued extensions and new extension proposals.

3.5 Start a list of utilities that are willing to switch when they have a good fuel situation.

3.6 Establish a rational way to get rid of the stored waste that everyone will agree to.

Step 4) All web site members will improve this site with ideas and provide links to their site.

Web site participants will be encouraged to publish factual and timely information.

Step 5) Develop a plan to systematically discourage the construction of the 31 new nukes.

Step 6) Publicize and stop any new applications and close or apply political pressure on the NRC.

Yours truly realizes that this is a naïve and childlike idea. If anyone has better ideas they should get busy and do something about them. That suggestion excludes any pro nuclear suggestions like developing Fusion or messing around with Quark Plasma and the like.

One of the things to do to exonerate CO2 is to understand how it works to make all life possible by making all the food at the basic level, by supplying all life with hydrocarbon energy packets in the cells of living things and by acting as a source of heat for all our bodies when the energy packets are oxidized to make CO2 which is exhaled. More and more people are using Wikipedia and the following was picked off the web to show some of the goings on with CO2:

Photosynthesis uses light energy and carbon dioxide to make sugars like glucose. A general equation for photosynthesis is:

The equation is often presented in introductory chemistry texts in simplified form as:^[1]

Photosynthesis occurs in two stages. In the first phase light-dependent reactions or photosynthetic reactions (also called the Light reactions) capture the energy of light and use it to make high-energy molecules. During the second phase, the light-independent reactions (also called the Calvin-Benson Cycle, and formerly known as the Dark Reactions) use the high-energy molecules to capture carbon dioxide (CO₂) and make the precursors of glucose.

In the light-dependent reactions one molecule of the pigment chlorophyll absorbs one photon and loses one electron. This electron excites pheophytin allowing the start of a flow of electrons down an electron transport chain that leads to the ultimate reduction of NADP into NADPH. In addition, it serves to create a proton gradient across the chloroplast membrane; its dissipation is used by ATP Synthase for the concomitant synthesis of ATP. The chlorophyll molecule regains the lost electron by taking one from a water molecule through a process called photolysis, that releases oxygen gas as a waste product.

Photosynthesis may simply be defined as the conversion of light energy into chemical energy by living organisms. It is affected by its surroundings and the rate of photosynthesis is affected by the concentration of carbon dioxide, the intensity of light, and the temperature.

In plants

Most plants are photoautotrophs, which means that they are able to synthesize food directly from inorganic compounds using light energy - for example from the sun, instead of eating other organisms or relying on nutrients derived from them. This is distinct from chemoautotrophs that do not depend on light energy, but use energy from inorganic compounds.

The energy for photosynthesis ultimately comes from absorbed photons and involves a reducing agent, which is water in the case of plants, releasing oxygen as a waste product. The light energy is converted to chemical energy (known as light-dependent reactions), in the form of ATP and NADPH, which are used for synthetic reactions in photoautotrophs. The overall equation for the light-dependent reactions under the conditions of non-cyclic electron flow in green plants is:

2 H₂O + 2 NADP⁺ + 2 ADP + 2 P_i (+ light) → 2 NADPH + 2 H⁺ + 2 ATP + O₂ ^[2]

Most notably plants use the chemical energy to fix carbon dioxide into carbohydrates and other organic compounds through light-independent reactions. The overall equation for carbon fixation (sometimes referred to as carbon reduction) in green plants is:

3 CO₂ + 9 ATP + 6 NADPH + 6 H⁺ → C₃H₆O₃-phosphate + 9 ADP + 8 P_i + 6 NADP⁺ + 3 H₂O ^[2]

More specifically, carbon fixation produces an intermediate product, which is then converted to the final hexose carbohydrate products. These carbohydrate products are then variously used to form other organic compounds, such as the building material cellulose, as precursors for lipid and amino acid biosynthesis or as a fuel in cellular respiration. The latter not only occurs in plants, but also in animals when the energy from plants get passed through a food chain. Organisms dependent on photosynthetic and chemosynthetic organisms are called heterotrophs. In general outline, cellular respiration is the opposite of photosynthesis: glucose and other compounds are oxidised to produce carbon dioxide, water, and chemical energy. However, both processes actually take place through a different sequence of reactions and in different cellular compartments.

Plants absorb light primarily using the pigment chlorophyll, which is the reason that most plants have a green color. The function of chlorophyll is often supported by other accessory pigments such as carotenes and xanthophylls. Both chlorophyll and accessory pigments are contained in organelles (compartments within the cell) called Chloroplasts. Although all cells in the green parts of a plant have chloroplasts, most of the energy is captured in the leaves. The cells in the interior tissues of a leaf, called the mesophyll, contain about half a million chloroplasts for every square millimeter of leaf. The surface of the leaf is uniformly coated with a water-resistant waxy cuticle that protects the leaf from excessive evaporation of water and decreases the absorption of ultraviolet or blue light to reduce heating. The transparent epidermis layer allows light to pass through to the palisade mesophyll cells where most of the photosynthesis takes place.

Algae is a range from multicellular forms like kelp, to microscopic, single-celled organisms. Although they are not as complex as land plants, photosynthesis takes place biochemically the same way. Very much like plants, algae have chloroplasts and chlorophyll, but various accessory pigments are present in some algae such as phycoerythrin in red algae (rhodophytes), resulting in a wide variety of colors. All algae produce oxygen, and many are autotrophic. However, some are heterotrophic, relying on materials produced by other organisms. For example, in coral reefs, there is a symbiotic relationship between zooxanthellae and the coral polyps.

Photosynthetic bacteria do not have chloroplasts (or any membrane-bound organelles). Instead, photosynthesis takes place directly within the cell. Cyanobacteria contain thylakoid membranes very similar to those in chloroplasts and are the only prokaryotes that perform oxygen-generating photosynthesis. In fact chloroplasts are now considered to have evolved from an endosymbiotic bacterium, which was also an ancestor of and later gave rise to cyanobacterium. The other photosynthetic bacteria have a variety of different pigments, called bacteriochlorophylls, and do not produce oxygen. Some bacteria, such as Chromatium, oxidize hydrogen sulfide instead of water for photosynthesis, producing sulfur as waste.

After seeing this stuff, there is one thing we must not do and that is to find ways to “sequester” CO2 other than the natural way that it is now sequestered by being used to make food or other vegetable matter.

The estimate that water vapor contributes 70 % of the greenhouse effect is likely to be low. Since I am not the author of the estimate and don’t know the people who came up with the measurements (or the calculation). For example if calculated by people who want it to be the lowest value possible, so that the 26% of the effect that is due to CO2 can be as high as practical, then all bets are off. There is nothing I can think of that the Nuclear Power Lobby would not do. I can only speculate that 70% is low from observations that I have made about the weather and other things I have experienced.

The 70% number is suspicious to me because 70% of the of the area of earth is water and that number does not include land bound water like ponds, rivers, swamps, lakes, puddles, swimming pools and low spots in essentially flat areas. Recently, I drove from Pittsburgh for 8 hours going to Charlotte North Carolina and it was raining the whole time and the 500 mile long by, say, 20 mile wide wet area surely looked like a big lake underneath the clouds as viewed by the sun.. It would be a 10,000 square mile “green house” that was experiencing the green house effect. We had to have the air conditioner on the whole way and the temperature was about 75 or 80 degrees on a 65 degree day.

Thinking about water vapor pressure, I installed a large 2 %, or less, relative humidity Dry Room in Pittsburgh for the purpose of building transformers that had a lot of Kraft insulating paper within the electrical windings. The idea was to skip the oven drying process which usually took 16 hours or more because the paper often has a 15% moisture content which must be removed. The atmospheric Vapor Pressure of the air was so high that the room had to have aluminum sheet applied to all the inside surfaces of the room. Screws were required 6 inches apart to stop the pressure of the water vapor of the outside from collapsing all of the aluminum area toward the 2% moisture air in the room.

Anyhow, what this means is that all the water area above the oceans has a high Vapor Pressure which looks for a low Vapor Pressure (low moisture content) to go to. The net result is the creation of the “high humidity streams” which flow from areas near the equator and, say 25 degrees on either side (north or south) of the equator to the cold poles. The vapor flowing north gathers into “Jet Streams” of moist air. In the northern hemisphere the jets travels north and drop the moisture on the cold ice at the pole. Then, the jets streams turn clock wise and the dry returning air flows south to pick up more moisture and turn counter clockwise (like a low pressure storm) heading north again after traveling west during the 180 degree turn to the north.

The same kind of thing (symmetrically) happens in the southern hemisphere and down there lately the pole has been colder and the glacier ice thickness is growing. Thicker ice means it travels away from the poles and falls into the ocean where the lay of the land dictates. Only about 5% of the perimeter of the ice pack has been falling into the ocean lately. Would you like to guess who is making a big deal of the ice falling into the ocean? I’ll bet you it is a global warming type person which is usually a Democrat. Global warming is not causing the Antarctica ice to fall into the Ocean. The colder ice is.

The ice core samples from the ice pack often show periods of high CO2 content in hundred year intervals for a 10 to 20 year periods and Global warming advocates often use the data as proof that more CO2 means higher temperature But, forest fires, periods of large plant growth and the like are never benchmarked. Even periodic transfers of northern CO2 to the south (or the opposite) are not considered.

You know what? I think the well funded global warming Pseudo experts (like Al Whatziz name) that get assistance from the Nuclear Power Lobby have done a great job getting the message out through liberal media outlets. My pointing out the errors is not doing any good. My effort is essentially unfunded and only exists because I care about America, a solid economic footing that Nuclear Power does not provide and about the truth that Carbon Dioxide must be exonerated, or else.

We live in a Beautiful, Solar Heated Water World (with plenty of CO2 to grow all our food) as the result of the green house effect of Water Vapor (which could easily be 80% of the effect), with CO2 at 10% 0r less, Methane at 9% and Ozone 1%. It may well be that none of the CO2 is causing Global Warming.

America and the 2 party system has broken down because both parties have agreed that CO2 is pollution and have passed legislation stating that and they have both agreed to promote Nuclear Power because both parties think that Nuclear Power is “clean” energy and does not contribute to the production of that terrible Pollution, CO2.

Up to this point in the history of the USA, the 2 parties have always had basic differences on the important issues and hardly ever agreed on anything. It was only the radical conservatives who didn’t fit because they don’t think that there is any global warming caused by the activities of mankind. They might be right.

Now, both parties have come out against our wonderful Super Gas, Carbon Dioxide and, therefore, the Supreme Court has come out against it as well. That makes the activity to Exonerate CO2 a difficult political situation because there is only one person trying to exonerate it. The only person is that old bird in Pittsburgh. In the past we could always count on the Democrats to be environmentalists. But now, they are against the most important, one and only food growing environmental gas there is, Carbon Dioxide. CO2 is discharged by all life forms in great quantity as a part of life itself in harmony with nature. The Democrats in Washington have abandoned their long time position as environmentalists by believing the greatest sin of omission ever propagated by the well financed Nuclear Power Lobby. Water Vapor is by far the largest contributor to the greenhouse effect and it is a good thing because it keeps our beautiful planet warm in a hostile, cold universe.

Both parties have allowed the Nuclear Power industry to continue to produce horrible, dangerous Nuclear Waste on a daily basis for 50 years and store it in big water pools positioned up wind (westerly) from all the US major cities. The waste will be in existence and releasing lethal radiation essentially forever. There is no way to safely store it forever. Forever is a long time to protect it. Millions of dollars have been spent to call Nuclear Power safe and clean but everybody knows for sure it is not “safe” and the “clean” part comes from 50 years of looking the other way when thinking about radio-active solids, liquids and gases released on a continuous basis for the whole 50 years in addition to the lethal and highly radio-active spent fuel. The Nuclear Power Industry really is “An Industry In Denial” that does not even recognize the existence of Quarks and Gluons

What we need is for the Nuclear Power plant owners to lead the way again and show the world how to remove the Nuclear Reactors and replace them with plain old common boilers using fuels like coal, grass clippings, corn stalks, leaves, wood chips and other locally available fuels that can be burned in a safe manner by ordinary people who are not exposed to the hazards of Very Expensive Nuclear Reactors. There are only 7 guys who have raised the money to buy over 60 of the 100 reactors in use involving only $80 Billion dollars. The reactor part is about half of the sum. Therefore, if the 7 guys can not be convinced to do the right thing we should all buy them out and get some government assistance to get rid of the reactors.

Using good sulfur free coal that releases good ole CO2 is actually a much better idea than getting into the fatal situation of having to deal with a slow burning nuclear bomb. Working in the “Green” fuel is only an additional benefit because the getting rid of the sulfur is a lot tougher than getting rid of creosote.

I am sorry to have to get into technical stuff when the project we really need is a political, fast talking and quick walking effort that gets people to undo all the harm that has been done. The “Exonerate CO2” web site that I have in mind will pull together all the web sites of the anti-Nuclear people who know how to get some of the people to do stuff. What we need now is an agenda and a time line so that everybody will be on the same page at the same time and cure the ills. Selling books, Potassium Iodide and collecting money is not the business that I envision for “Exonerating CO2”. The project is to find and publicize the TRUTH about what we find and report the progress and/or the resistance to progress that is found.

It is going to be a slug fest for TRUTH which can only be won if it is true that CO2 deserves to be exonerated and, if Nuclear Power is as bad as the anti-nuclear power folks have been saying all along to each other but not to the world and not to the political leaders.

We all have to get our act together. If you have something to say, say it. If you have something to do, Do it. If you have some facts to tell the world, say what they are and spread the word.

Here is the 5^th grade carbon cycle that Congress and the Supreme Court can not accept.

There are a bunch of radio-active liquids, solids and gasses that are released from Nuclear Power Plants on a continuous basis and it is important to know this so that after we exonerate CO2 we will have space for the stuff that has been covered up by the “Industry In Denial”, The Nuclear Power Industry. If you would be so kind as to e-mail me with information that I will add to this and subsequent pages, it will be appreciated.

This Author, rongramm@msn.com, is on a quest for all detailed, verifiable information about the location and extent of these releases. The NRC has long ago ruled that the releases are low and below the limits that have been set many years ago and does not look at any information which would require an inquiry or documentation. But the releases are made and a lot of people know about them but do nothing about them since talking to the NRC is like talking to a brick wall. Some are “routine” releases that have to be made in order to run the plant. For example, when fuel is changed and the heavy lid on the reactor is removed, that air inside the confinement building as well in the storage building MUST be heavily ventilated, as it is every day and night. Otherwise people could be exposed to too much and the cost of replacing the radiation badges would go too high not to mention the individual getting to much exposure requiring a short vacation from the plant.

The air released to the atmosphere is moved at a high rate so as to dilute the radio active content and there-by stay below the maximum allowable radiation level measured at the exhaust. Tritium almost always is released as Tritiated water, sent out to the cooling towers and diluted with a heck of a lot of water and released and evaporated away. The evaporated fraction appears to be about twice the amount sent into the local rivers or lakes since the water would be too easy to monitor as compared with that sent out the top of the tower which wound be a technical challenge to monitor.

That kind of “safety by dilution” activity is a questionable method of getting rid of a lot of radio active gases and liquids. There is an interesting story about millions of gallons radio active water inside the 3-mile island containment building. There was a problem of releasing it into the Susquehanna River for fear of a public outcry. The solution was to simply let it all evaporate so that is what they did. And since then sending Tritiated water out into the cooling tower pool is probably the correct way to get rid of it.

There is no way to store and protect radioactive gases and all of it is simply diluted with a lot of ventilation air and release it to the neighborhood outside. This information is the kind of stuff that gets anti-nuclear power advocates going crazy. It is reason enough to shut them all down now. But, however, that still leaves what to do with the solid material which will continue to release nasty gasses for a long time.

As it would happen the big dilution required to vent to the atmosphere will cause a big problem at Yucca Valley. The big dilution being used at the 103 Nukes and their storage pools (about 25,000 Cubic Feet per Minute) will have to be multiplied by 103 resulting in the need for, say, 2.5 million Cubic Feet per Minute for 200,000 years. And it will contaminate Yucca Valley for miles around and to the east, all of America.

Therefore, there is a need to substitute for Yucca Valley with a better way to do it. Yucca Valley can easily be converted into a good mushroom farm and make a lot of money.

The final solution get rid of the 50,000 tons of solid radio active spent fuel is to disburse it over a large part of the world such as at the bottom of the ocean in 200 pound, glass, fit-together containers holding 4 pounds of rods with a design that has a small hole (or two) to let the inevitable gas escape. Then sprinkle them far apart over the ocean bottom so they can not be found again. Use a hexagonal outer container shape (so it doesn’t roll around when in transport) and an inner shape that receives the cut off rods. Make the walls of the glass thick enough to greatly minimize external radiation or broken containers. Therefore, 50,000 tons x 2000 = 100,000,000 pounds divide 4 pounds each = 25 Million.

Mr. Gramm just happens to have a suitable designer and manufacturer of glass near his home in

Pennsylvania called www.AmericanGlassResearch.com and suggests the Government to ask them if they would be interested in designing and manufacturing 25 Million Containers on a rush basis.

For the record, the government of the United States is not very much likely to ask any one to quote 25 million glass containers to hold small (4 pound) amounts of high level nuclear waste. A specification is needed. One idea is to “Pot” the fuel rod section into the heavy wall glass with carbon pitch.

The containers shall be made of two overlapping halves where the barrel portions shall have a thickness of at least 2 inches and have an end thickness of 4 inches (twice the barrel thickness) with one end being open. The fuel is inserted, pitch is filled up to within ¼ inch of the top of the inside container.

The inside container shall have a diameter equal to the diameter of a fuel rod assembly plus 10% and a length equal to the length of a 4 pound section of the fuel rods that have been cut off plus 5%.

The outside container shall have an inside diameter equal to the outside diameter of the inside container plus at least 1/8 inch all around and a cylindrical section length equal to the total length of the inside container. The outside surface of the outside container shall have a hexagonal cross section, to prevent rolling of the completed unit.

The outside end shall have a tapered hole with a starting diameter of at least ¼ inch vent hole at the outside surface and a diameter at the inside surface of ½ inch: Both ends will have rounded surfaces as required for a non-chipping intention and a 30 degree angle to the top surface so as to prevent line of sight radiation from the rod assembly to leave the container.

To assemble the containers and the radio-active rod assembly, the inside container shall be set on a flat surface with the open end up. A suitable amount of silicone rubber shall be put into the bottom and the rod assembly set into the silicone such that the silicone nearly fills the spaces inside the rod assembly and appears at the top of the opening. The outside container will be slipped over the inside container and silicone rubber will be applied around the bottom end of the completed unit to a height of at least 8 inches so that the vent hole is not obstructed with the silicone material.

Gasses produced by the half life decaying of the radio active material (Hydrogen, Helium, Tritium and a host of radio-active Noble gases and radio-active isotopes) must be allowed to escape as they would at Yucca Mountain except they do not pose a threat to life forms (like people). The escaping gases from Yucca Mountain must be heavily ventilated (by 2.5 million cubic feet per minute as they now are ventilated from the nuclear plants) or the mountain caves will become uninhabitable and deadly places to enter. The escaping (and denied) gases from The Nuclear Plants can not be stopped. These materials will escape from the disbursed containers at remote places immersed in a known radiation shield material like ocean water. If you have a better container, get busy and make some.

The disbursed, scattered, shielded, relatively inert and robust containers with small amounts of radio active material inside represent a well thought out solution to the waste problem because it uses the same principles now used by the Nuclear Industry (in Denial). The industry now immerses 50,000 tons under only 20 feet of water and disburses all of the gases (from the storage pools, from the containment buildings and from the cooling towers) with the principle of high dilution of liquids and gases to minimize measurable radio-active levels so they can be discharged into the neighborhoods.

If we do nothing the powers to be will continue to go ahead with the idea of locating large amounts of concentrated material that vents directly into the air and blown east from Yucca Mountain over all of America as they now do with the Nuclear plants located to the west of all of our major cities.

This author just hates to be using bold letters to make a point but it seems to be the only way (other than literary excellence) to communicate things that are important (denied by the Nuclear Industry).

The recent discovery of a major fault line 250 feet under Yucca mountain is a bummer anyway.

Now you know that the largest contributor of the “Greenhouse Effect” is the contribution made by WATER VAPOR in the 70% (or more) of the effect range, And, that CO2 is 20% (or less of the effect) along with Methane (9%) and Ozone (1%). And, that the quick calculations that show a HUGE contribution of CO2 by all life on planet earth is enough to allow one to conclude that CO2 is the One And Only, Super, Environmentally Necessary Gas upon which the production of all food for all life on the planet depends. And, that we need the Greenhouse effect that the water vapor provides to keep our planet as a warm, moist paradise in a hostile universe. Further, CO2 is automatically consumed by the green plants on land and in the oceans to provide food, energy, clothing and building materials. And, that the oxygen produced by plants (because of CO2, Water and Sunshine) is a necessary part of the cycle to provide combustion and heat production in the oxidizing process.

After looking further, I concluded that my age and the things that I want to do like finishing up my transformer project, which will give mankind a saving of at least 100 Giga Watts, I decided to leave all the details to people with more time to spend on the project than I have. These 18 pages have made it so that the Nuclear Power lobby and those who have a vested interest in the industry have wasted all the money that they spent building up the global warming and CO2 pollution story. These 18 pages and all the data available from the Anti-Nuclear Power web sites that provide the TRUTH that Nuclear Power is an Un-safe (dangerous) activity that is continuously producing (and releasing) radio active gas, liquids and solids that will be harmful for millions of years, is enough information for me to quit and pass it all on in the web site that I envision.

Good bye to the nukes, good bye to the Westinghouse advertising that says Clean, Safe, Environmentally Friendly Nuclear Power, God bless the soul of George Westinghouse, may it come back in the minds of all 7,000 Westinghouse employees and convince them to immediately start to work on converting the 103 nukes we have to fuel fired boilers that ordinary people can deal with without the exposure and mental stress that the 1 million people now running the dangerous reactors now experience. Please stop working on 31 more Nuclear Plants along the East Coast and make good fuel burning plants that are not harmful to life on the planet. During this election year, this author hopes and prays that both Presidential Candidates will come forward and state that:

1) Carbon Dioxide IS NOT POLLUTION and is in fact the one and only super, environmental, food and energy growing gas upon which all living things depend.

2) The truth is that WATER VAPOR is the primary “Greenhouse Gas” providing 70% or more of the warmth in the atmosphere that makes Earth a water filled paradise in a hostile universe.

3) Since all life forms on earth exhale CO2 at the rate of at least 86 Billion Tons per year and proves that coal burning utilities and automobiles produce a minor amount of 5 Billion tons per year to grow food.

4) Therefore, the Nuclear Power Industry is promoting a myth to get a reason to build more Nuclear Power Plants like the 31 New Units along the East Coast and that should not happen.

5) Then, the new President will get control of the NRC and stop the extension of the licensing of existing plants and reject new applications and increased out-put of existing Nuclear Power Plants.

6) Then, the President will order all Nuclear Power Plants to be switched over to fuel fired boilers that will be safe to the public and find a save way to get rid of all the dangerous fuel now sitting around.

Then, we will have 6 reasons to vote in a new President who can be trusted. .

It makes me so sad, during this election year, to point out that the principal Gas that causes global warming is in fact Water Vapor. Carbon Dioxide, called “Pollution” by the U.S. Congress and the Supreme Court, is actually the “Environmental Super Gas” that makes all life on Planet Earth possible.

Water Vapor has the important job of keeping our wonderful planet warm and comfortable in a cold and hostile universe. Thank God for the water vapor that keeps everything warm because of the ability to act as “Nature’s Green House Gas” in addition to providing fresh water for drinking and growing food. We live in a warm paradise because the vapor acts to keep our globe warm and comfortable with clouds to provide refreshing rain.

Carbon Dioxide has the very important job of being the “one and only food growing Food Growing Super Star” which, along with water and sunshine, provides food for all life on our beautiful, blue, water world: Earth.

I am so sorry to tell Mr. Gore and his supporters that his Global Warming Story is a false and harmful concept based upon a lack of facts. It is a built-up story by against CO2 by the pro-nuclear zealots that are in complete denial about the harm that they cause every hour of every day by releasing radio-active solids, liquids and gases. All they want to do (and have done) is to put CO2 in a bad light. All they want to do in put CO2 in the position of being the cause of “Global Warming” (which is defined as a bad thing) so that coal burning Electric Utilities can be classed as “polluters” and there by allow more Nukes to be built, like the recently proposed 31 new reactors along the East Coast of the U.S.A.

One must keep in mind that only water vapor is the only gas with enough volume and power to hold on to the heat that the sun provides and make the clouds that produce fresh water so that the green plants can grow. One can thank God (again) for having given us a natural system that keeps Carbon Dioxide at a relatively constant level to grow the green plants on land and also to dissolve some of it into the oceans. CO2 is constantly under pressure to satisfy all the demands put upon it because of the low percentage in the atmosphere. Fortunately, all the life on the planet gives back a sufficient volume of CO2 to keep it from being depleted. Some help is also provided by coal burning electric utilities and automobile exhaust.

The anti-CO2 believers must be convinced that believing that something is true does not make it so. They need to understand that Truth, Justice and the American way is needed now to come to terms and dispel the greatest myth that has been left over from the 20^th Century. They have swallowed, hook, line and sinker, the Pro-Nuke fabrication that CO2 is pollution and now is the time to Exonerate CO2, change the direction, and support our coal based Electric Utilities.

As an example, this author suggests that everybody should go to www.wecansolveit.org (the most recent web site trying to promote solutions for a non-existent CLIMATE CRISIS) when there is none. Ask them why they are spreading lies about CO2 and global warming? Ask them why they are not doing anything about cleaning up the Mississippi River and converting the Nuclear reactors to coal and fuel burning boilers? Ask them if Mr Gore is going to try to sell Carbon Credits or promote the nuke infested “Energy” legislation? Ask them if they are looking for donations to support their outlook on the situation? These people really know how to put on a show and tell their story about a non existent crisis.

Just as I was trying to finish up this piece for use on my web site, I read in the newspaper that Westinghouse has received an order for 2 new 1,100 MW nukes to be located at the Vogtle 1& 2 nuclear site near Waynesboro Ga (26 Miles South East of Augusta, which were built in 1987 and 1989 long after Three Mile Island) and bought by Southern Nuclear Operating Co. which is owned by Georgia Power @ 50.1% as part of a “Fleet” of 6 reactors. Georgia Power is owned by The Southern Company

The “Fleet” includes Farley 1&2 serving Alabama Power and Hatch 1&2 in Georgia. Vogtle #1 and #2 produce about 100,000 pounds per year of deadly, High Level Nuclear Waste and the site is already sitting on about 2 Million Pounds accumulated over the 20 years in service. To get an idea of what the stuff is, such waste usually has a dangerous 3% Uranium 235 and 3% Plutonium and will be radioactive for a million years. Six percent of the 2 million pounds is 120.000 pounds of the bomb grade stuff and with only 15 pounds needed for a Hiroshima size bomb, it means that the storage pool could make 8,000 such bombs if someone had the facility to do it.

The purpose in pointing out the power and hazard of the so-called “Spent Fuel” is to make sure that it should not be thought of as spent fuel. It is a dangerous and lethal material that is far from being “spent” that would be a real bad situation of the water on the pool was lost by some unforeseen accident or terrorist act. The pool releases radio-active gases which are not allowed to build up inside the building by the use of high volume air circulation that keeps the pool area safe for the employees. And, the water in the pool is constantly replenished to make sure there is no dangerous build-up of radio-active liquids that are produced by the material in storage. Tritiated water is nasty stuff.

It is amazing to me that the people in the immediate vicinity of the newly announced nukes (and everybody down wind) would allow the approval of the construction. Obviously, they were not in the approval process and all the 60 year old objectors who caused trouble when the first 4 units were built are already dead. Apathy allowed the approval. Ignorance of the proceedings allowed the approval. Lack of oversight by the general public and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission allowed the approval. A good job by the Global Warming believers promoted the approval. And the “Too Little Too Late Principle” is now the only thing that can be done and it’s too late, maybe.

So, in my home town, there is happiness by 7000 of my Pittsburgh neighbors. There’s happiness in Japan for the Toshiba executives who bailed out barW. Steve Tritch, the Westinghouse CEO, said “Today, the long awaited nuclear renaissance in the United States has dawned”.

It hasn’t dawned on anybody that the entire lobbying, publicity, lying, mythical and evil plotting of the propaganda for the approval process resulted in the simple signing by less than 10 people inside the beltway.

All the informed capitalists who said NO to scores of units that were cancelled (some partly done) after the three mile island melt-down have been over-ruled by a bunch of pro-nuclear zealots (in the highest level of denial) who built up one of the greatest myths in the history of the world. They really did fool all of the people all of the time for 30 years and it looks like it is going to pay off.

All the Anti-Nuclear Web Sites might just as well close-up if they do not get off their butts and do something about this. The coal and Oil companies never did figure out how to fight off a bunch of Pseudo Science with pro nuclear support from behind the scenes. The price of the approved units and the initial charge of nuclear fuel was not shown in the newspaper. It is absolutely certain that Georgia Power did not get quotes on a state of the art fuel fired plant with a provision to get a savings by not having to de-commission it down the road like the nuke option is going to have to pay. Nobody asked how close to disaster has the Southern Nuclear Operating Company been operating their 6 old units. Georgia is the least likely of all the states to be burdened with 2 more nukes. The Georgia Power web site describes a wonderful, lush green place next to the Ocean and a tourist wonderland. For them to install 2 more 20^th century monuments to stupidity is a gross misuse of their economic and political power. r.j.g. 4/9/08

My collection of information about nuclear power that was found when working on a series of e-mails to the President called “Dear Mister President”, convinced me that there were an awful lot of Anti-Nuclear Power web sites and they all had some information about the harm to citizens, the bad things about Nuclear Power and ways of raising money from the grass roots. Many, over the 30 years since TMI, have branched out into other public service areas after really not getting much done in their struggle to spread the anti-nuclear word and survive. Global Warming has done a much better job with only a dozen or so web sites and does a lot of television advertising as a way to lead people to the sites.

When one looks at www.wecansolveit.org it is very impressive and Fluffy: Over 1.1 million members, 11 Grassroots Partners and a 15 member advisory Committee and no place to donate money.

After one clicks on the First Partner, it takes you to the real web site www.theclimateproject.org which is very, very impressive with 8 pages (each with a “DONATE” button), 125 :Presenters” lined up to show the terrific Nobel Laurite, Al Gore’s canned speech (very well done) during April and with17 signed up in May. They have a “Community of Presenters” to continue setting up collecting members with money, probably Democrats who need a cause to make life complete.

The 400 some anti-nuclear web sites (with 400 anti nuclear and health overtone books to sell and a donate button ) are pale in comparison. They never talk to each other but they all seem to survive. It is a sad statement to the idea that they really have lost the battle with the well funded nuclear types and the 30 year build up of the Global Warming story based on getting CO2 made out to be “Pollution”. That was a modern publicity winner that got the job done with 31 new Nukes in the works along the east coast and NOBODY fighting against it. The Climate Project has a typical Global outlook (just like Microsoft and Intel, which the democrats love).

It is highly likely that NOBODY ever asked a presenter if he or she ever heard that “Water Vapor is Natures Official Greenhouse Gas” that provides over 70% of the greenhouse effect or that “all living things on Planet Earth contributes over 64 Billion Tons of CO2” which is a lot more than the 5.5 Billion tons of CO2 contributed by coal and oil burning. Furthermore “All Life On Earth is totally dependant on CO2, Water and Sunshine to grow all our food”. And, CO2 is the one and only food growing gas that really is “The Environmental Super Gas” that God has provided for us all. Additionally, the temperature in Antarctica is colder for some reason and that is causing a build up of the Glaciers that causes them to start moving toward the equator (as the always do, anyway).

In the soon to be instituted web site that exonerates CO2 and completely destroys the entire ”Global Warming” story (which has been re-named as ”climate change”) because there is no warming trend.. All the Presenters will be discredited and the Nobel Prize returned, the Supreme Court Over-Ruled and The Congress Embarrassed. Even the 100 year old surges (with 20 year durations) CO2 in ice pack story is fishy because forest fires, surges in farm improvements and watering techniques as well as occasional sunspot activity caused more CO2 in the atmosphere back then and that exchange of CO2 from the north hemisphere to the southern hemisphere causes un-accounted CO2 levels to appear not the least of which is the fact that increased temperatures cause and increase in CO2 levels and not the other way.

The “Exonerating CO2” project is not very complicated because it becomes doing studies about how many living entities there are on the planet, how much CO2 is contributed by each as well as how much decaying plant matter there is at any giver time.The project which will involve data collectors for the various areas of the planet (which is now poorly coordinated) and improved census taking for domesticated and wild animals as well as ocean life. It is all fun stuff.

One can see all 1.1 million of the wecansolveit members being disillusioned by finding out the TRUTH that there is no crisis, there is only the global warming that we need to keep the planet warm and comfortable as the result of Water Vapor and finally, that the Nuclear Power industry (in Denial for more than 50 years with the radio-active waste they generate) is the true item that we can solve if only we had some converted presenters and 1.1 million people talking to congress and the media in all towns and cities around the world. r.j.g . 4/12/08 Copyright © 2008 R.J. Now that the plan to exonerate CO2 is well under way, there is a loose end on the subject of “An Industry in Denial”. The pro-Nuke advertising by Utilities that have Nuclear Power Reactors many times says “Safe”, “Clean Air” or other such statement like Carbon Dioxide Free power and so on. Safe it is not and all 400 of the Anti-Nuclear folks can fill you in on that. What I am thinking about now is the Daily release of radio-active gases and liquids. Both are denied for 50 years. But, there is an easy test method that can be applied which is very low cost and very simple. Every body but the general public knows that certain radio-active releases into the neighborhood air is allowed (because there is no practical way to solve the immediate problem than to release the stuff). So, an approved release is when fuel rods are replaced and the high pressure lid is removed and the hot rods pulled out. The neighbors are not advised of when this happens or how many rads are let go. Let’s let that one go for awhile. I am 14 miles down wind from beaver Valley 1 and 2 and it bothers me and “the Government has assured me that it is a safe practice”. It is a classical denial situation. Who am I to say that it is not safe?

The test I propose that proves CONTINUOUS releases of radio-active gas and liquids exists or not is as follows:

Test #1) TURN OFF the Ventilation Fans that remove air from the containment building housing the reactors and record any radio-active increases (or not) that would happen if there is a continuous hazard. Record the readings at the front output of a high volume circulation fan that mixes all the air inside the building so that all the building air is the same. If no increase in radio activity is measured (and the test meter and the recording of the level in the room is certified to be in operation) then we all can agree that the air in the containment building can be safely released into the neighborhood. A one week time period , or some other time longer or shorter, is suggested.

Test #2) TURN OFF the Ventilation Fans that remove air from the fuel storage building and record and record any radio-active increases (or not) that would happen if there is a continuous hazard This is an inconvenient test because the evaporation from the storage pools will raise the relative humidity rather quickly and employees will get uncomfortable rather quickly, I suppose. If no increase in radio activity is measured (and the test meter and the recording is not hurt or diminished by an increase in relative humidity level in the room) is certified to be in operation and not distorted by the increased humidity. This author fears that a reading of Tritium could hurt people and if the operator is unwilling to do the test for that reason, than it would get into a certifiable admission of a 50 year denial.

Test # 3) TURN OFF the circulating pumps to the Storage pool and record any increase of radio-activity in the pool water as well as any increase in the radio activity of the air above the pool. Record the increase of the pool temperature and the relative humidity in the air above the water.

These 3 tests are intended to show if the installation is getting rid of radio-active gas or water using the principal of “dilution of radio-active air or water as a way to release the materials into the neighborhood air or water at very low radio-activity levels as an intended result of the large dilutions”.

For the record there is a large volume of “low level radio active materials” that leave all nuclear plants on a regular basis and the principal of mixing high level radio-active materials by mixing with large volumes of cloth, paper and absorbent in order to be able to be called “low Level” is never pointed out by nuclear utilities who do not admit that this stuff exists so they can claim pollution free nuclear power. Details as to how much of this bad stuff is generated every year is included in the series of e-mails entitled “Dear Mister President” that the author will be happy to send to interested parties willing to pay for it. The item was an attempt to get President Bush to understand how bad the whole issue is including the great amount of “spent” fuel stored all over America. He never sees his e-mail. He BELIEVES in Nuclear Power.

The President gave a well worded speech on the Popes Birthday, April 16^th, 2008 at 3:15 that mentioned “Green House Gas” at least 10 times. He doesn’t know that the Principal Greenhouse Gas is Water Vapor which easily contributes 70% of the heating effect. Methane and Ozone contribute at least 10% of the effect, they say. The jury is still out on the effect of CO2 because we haven’t really studied it with all things considered.

The President now realizes that calling CO2 “Pollution” and trying to put limits on it is not in the best interests of the USA. He mentioned Greenhouse Gas like an expert and thinks that the Greenhouse Gas released by homes, schools and businesses is outside the intention of the laws passed last year. And the American Economy could be hurt by a groundswell of rules and local legislation that would slow down our economy or make us uncompetitive in the world markets. The speech was very heavy and said the same thing at least 3 times when talking about setting limits or writing legislation and talking about agreements that would be signed off by the participants of the up coming G8 meeting in July.

I feel so bad about not having sent my definitive piece that Exonerates CO2 by pointing out that WATER VAPOR is the Principal Greenhouse Gas and he should not have to anguish about the CO2 that we produce in America because CO2 is the “Environmental Super Gas” Upon Which All Life on Planet Earth Depends. I sent this to his e-mail address but I think his staff never shows my stuff to him.

He thanked France (?) for helping to set up meetings that limit the target of “Greenhouse Gas” emissions. Little does he know that France has a NUCLEAR POWER INFECTION that will plague them for many future centuries. The Pro-Nuclear forces have used the consumption of energy in the US as a whipping boy and it helps the people who envy our way of life to try to tear us down. Al Gore has spread the myth so far and wide that everybody is against our energy consumption. Even people like the climate project presenters think that CO2 is an enemy and they all seek nonexistent “New Technologies” that we really do not need because the ones we have produce a little bit more CO2 that the growing green plants can always use. The French are killing their own population and they think it is the right thing to do when they add another Nuclear Power plant instead of a good clean coal burning electric plant.

The Natural Gas industry is now under attack by anything that the president does because he is going against “Natures Environmental Super Gas, CO2” instead of the “Evil Solid Nuclear Waste Generating Machines” that are producing stuff every second of every hour of every day all across the country and the world. His effort has been twisted to do what the Pro-Nukes want him to do and he would sign off on the 31 planned nukes along the east coast if he stayed in power. The next president, fortunately, will be able to cancel out all the harm that the legislators and the Supreme Court have done.

That means that this author has a big job ahead to get the story out that “all life on Earth is the really big producer of Carbon Dioxide (which could be easily be 200 Billion tons per year) and the 5.4 Billion Tons publicized by the Pro-Nuke intellectuals is miniscule”.

I hate it to use bold script instead of literary excellence but it saves time which I don’t have. However the President’s speech did a good job of setting up the resistance of America telling the detractors that they are going to have a tough time of it trying to hurt our wonderful energy consuming lifestyle. It is a tough job looking out for Truth, Justice and the American (energy consuming) Way, but somebody has to do it. We all have got to get together and EXONERATE CO2 and then get busy converting the Nuclear Part of the power plants to good coal and gas fired units that produce some CO2 that the hungry green plants need to grow all our food.

This author has been un-successful in contacting The President and getting him to change his ways and/or what he believes. He is protected by a shield of people who screen information sent to him because his time is too valuable to waste on things that don’t matter. Just the other day I heard him say that he wanted to get rid of “Greenhouse Gases” by the year 2020. There is no way to do that because the principal Greenhouse Gas is water vapor and the oceans are big and contain a lot of water to make water vapor. Oh, maybe he means to get rid of CO2 by 2020? Well, we can not hold such silliness against him because “Ignorance is Bliss”. We only have to wait until January, 2009 and he will be gone.

Selecting Team Members to Exonerate CO2 is easy because all the coal, oil and natural gas suppliers have a vested interest in getting the TRUTH out that CO2 is the “Environmental Super Gas Upon which All Life On Planet Earth Depends” and their products make some CO2 when it is put to use. I had a stroke of genius and contacted Exxon Mobil to see if they would be interested in supporting a web site entitled “EXXONERATING CO2” and I expected that it is in their own best interests to get the word out. They declined.

Next, I added Consol Energy to my list of prospects because they are local to Pittsburgh and it gets me mad that people have been working over Coal as being a pollution causing material when it is burned. Once Consol realizes the myth that CO2 is pollution and that it is really good stuff, they will be able to quit working on their grant to find ways to “sequester CO2” as being an impractical project because of the 200 Billion tons produced by people and all other life on earth every year. It is in Consol’s own best interests to Exonerate CO2. They can have fun when they state that their coal is one of the biggest producer of the “Environmental Super-Gas Carbon Dioxide” and they are proud of all the electricity produced by their Coal and all the good CO2 that they produce to grow food at the same time.

Then, the roster for the Nuclear Energy Institute came to light and it had 400 members and a healthy number of Universities involved? There just can not be that many educational institutions that are Pro-Nuclear. It is proof that this business of calling CO2 pollution is far more pervasive than anyone could have possibly imagined. Now, we have to get involved supporters of CO2 to be assigned to every one on the NEI list and find out why they can not understand how horrible Nuclear Power is. Now the project has expanded to dismantle the NEI and it will be a large project all on it’s own.

What Are Greenhouse Gases?
Many chemical compounds found in the Earth’s atmosphere act as “greenhouse gases.” These gases allow sunlight to enter the atmosphere freely. When sunlight strikes the Earth’s surface, some of it is reflected back towards space as infrared radiation (heat). Greenhouse gases absorb this infrared radiation and trap the heat in the atmosphere. Over time, the amount of energy sent from the sun to the Earth’s surface IS about the same as the amount of energy radiated back into space, leaving the temperature of the Earth’s surface roughly constant.

Many gases exhibit these “greenhouse” properties. Some of them occur in nature (water vapor, carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide), while others are exclusively human-made (like gases used for aerosols).

Roughly 50 to 70 % of the "Greenhouse Effect" is produced by Water Vapor and that should be remembered when looking at the various illustrations shown below which customarily only consider looking at "Carbon Content" and Carbon Dioxide.

Levels of several important greenhouse gases have increased by about 25 percent since large-scale industrialization began around 150 years ago (Figure 1). During the past 20 years, about three-quarters of human-made carbon dioxide emissions were from burning fossil fuels.

Water Vapor, is the most important gas that contributes to the Greenhouse (heat keeping) Effect but it has not changed in the last 150 years. The increase in the CO2 from the respiration of Human Beings (about 100 billion Tons at a population of 6.7 billion people) is not usually thought of as being part of the apparent CO2 increase (with a curve that follows the population increase) is now being considered along with the contribution by cattle population and increases from modern farming and fertilization effects that the larger population stimulates.

Concentrations of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere are naturally regulated by numerous processes collectively known as the “carbon cycle” (Figure 2). The movement (“flux”) of carbon between the atmosphere and the land and oceans is dominated by natural processes, such as plant photosynthesis. While these natural processes can absorb ABOUT HALF of the net 6.1 billion metric tons of anthropogenic carbon dioxide emissions produced each year (measured in carbon equivalent terms), an estimated 3.2 billion metric tons is under study as being added to the atmosphere annually because the large surface of the Oceans adds a considerable degree of questions to be answered.. The Earth’s positive imbalance between emissions and absorption is believed to result in the continuing growth in greenhouse gases (other than Water Vapor) in the atmosphere.

Given the natural variability of the Earth’s climate, it is difficult to determine the extent of change that humans cause. In computer-based models, rising concentrations of greenhouse gases generally produce an increase in the average temperature of the Earth. Computer based models need to become more inclusive as to the contributions from living organisms and the large effect of the Oceans which may indeed be seeking to absorb far more CO2 than we appreciate in the modern world. Rising temperatures may, in turn, produce changes in weather, sea levels, and land use patterns, commonly referred to as “climate change.” Climate Change is the politically correct word for "Global Warming" which has not recently been observed and indeed the temperature may be dropping for reasons no one understands. Assessments generally suggest that the Earth’s climate has warmed over the past century and that human activity affecting the atmosphere is likely an important driving factor. A National Research Council study dated May 2001 stated, “Greenhouse gases are accumulating in Earth’s atmosphere as a result of human activities, causing surface air temperatures and sub-surface ocean temperatures to rise. Temperatures are, in fact, rising. The changes observed over the last several decades are likely mostly due to human activities, but we cannot rule out that some significant part of these changes is also a reflection of natural variability.” The contribution of the biological heat from increases in the human and animal population as well as the release of CO2 from them is a recently suggested input into the various models to be considered. However, there is uncertainty in how the climate system varies naturally and reacts to emissions of greenhouse gases. Making progress in reducing uncertainties in projections of future climate will require better awareness and understanding of the buildup of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere and the behavior of the climate system. The buildup is speculative and very small when the 720 Billion Metric Tons of carbon in the atmosphere (from Figure2) is considered. The natural interplay between the green plants and the soil or the oceans and back are the big players.

In the U.S., aside from the contributions of living entities like people and animals, a minor part of greenhouse gas emissions comes from energy use. These are driven largely by Population growth, economic growth, fuel used for electricity generation, and weather patterns affecting heating and cooling needs. Energy-related carbon dioxide emissions, resulting from petroleum and natural gas, represent 82 percent (42% with water vapor considered) of total U.S. human-made greenhouse gas emissions (Figure 3). The connection between energy use and carbon dioxide emissions is explored in the box on the reverse side (Figure 4).

After going all over the web site, they really are a statistical outfit and the underlying Pro-Nuclear creeps are not there. More searching led to nei stands for Nuclear Energy Institute and they have a lot of cash and Predators ready to release radio activity.

I went there a few years ago and it was 25 or so Utilities who were stuck with a bunch of old reactors on their last leg. Many of the links did not work and they were dead in the contaminated nuclear water.

That was before all the “Fleets” were constructed with pure cash and resulted in “The Cartel of 7” (Seven guys owning over half of the Nukes in the USA) and trading stock all over the place. NOW, they have over 300 members from all over the world ready, willing and able to stick new nukes anywhere they find people dumb enough to let them. Georgia Power is one of the “7” and has already let out contracts for the 2 reactors mentioned above.

What are all the Anti-Nuclear Web Sites doing about this? NOTHING. Na Da. Zilch. Nicht. Nyet.

That leaves it up to me to get busy, Build the web site and set up a system of dispensing TRUTH that Exonerates CO2 as soon as possible and thereby pull the rug out from under the CLEAN AIR Nuclear Industry No longer will the story be possible to say how SAFE?, CLEAN?, and Good for the Environment!

“The electric utility industry is making plans for new nuclear build and exploring the financial incentives of the Energy Policy Act of 2005.”

When President Bush said “I believe in Nuclear Power”, he was not kidding and, Neither was Congress and the Supreme Court and the additional Legislation in the 2007 Energy Act. The trouble is not coming from the electric utility industry, it is coming from the big buck “Cartel of Seven” Nuclear Plant owners who are dispensing pure cash to entice the near by Power Delivery Companies to let them get into more trouble with the most horrible way of making contaminated hot water in the history of mankind. They Do Not Make Nuclear Power. They make hot water the hard way: The risky and contaminating way: The Dangerous and Filthy Waste Generating way. The waste will always be on the earth hurting people, animals and the environment essentially FOREVER!

We need to look carefully at all 300 of the nei members and understand if they care about America or not. If we are only a “market “ for selling expensive nuclear junk and getting stuck for paying to keep the radio-active waste away from people and from the hands of terrorists forever it really is a bad deal.

When I get on a rant like this, it is embarrassing because it is only a small sample of the 30 year frustration that the people who lost the anti-nuclear fight for the whole 30 years. They need guidance. They need support. Look them up and give them enough money to PUT THEIR DUKES UP.

It is really a bad idea to have 7 money grubbing guys in control of over 50 nuclear reactors at remote places from them and ready to get out of hand with little notice. These dangerous reactors become figments of the imagination. And if there has been only one melt down (which is still not cleaned up) and only 8 or 10 near disasters in a 30 year period, it must be a “safe” investment. That way of making hot water and steam may not be “safe” but it is a good way to collect some ”safe” money, The U S Government is stuck with the cost of finding a solution to getting rid of the waste like they already do when dealing with the “Low Level” radio-active waste that they ship to Hanford Washington every day.

The Nuclear Waste Technical Review Board is an Independent Agency Of The U.S. Federal Government.

The message is: Dear NWTRB, I worry about the amount of air volume to be ventilated for 100,000 years (requiring on the order of 25 million cubic feet per minute), or more. I have a 22 page file and this subject came up. Send me an e-mail address and I will send the file, Microsoft Word. It will be required to ventilate the equivalent of 106 containment buildings X 3 + 50 storage pool buildings multiplied by about 6 because the casks will produce more radio active gas than when in the pools. Can you advise at what rate you now move air in containment and in storage areas?

Nuclear Waste Policy Amendments Act (1987) [Public Law 100-203-December 22, 1987, Part E] prescribes the functions of the Board to include an evaluation of the technical and scientific validity of activites undertaken by the Department of Energy at Yucca Mountain.

This is a better figure than my 5^th grade chart on Page 9 because a lot more money and time was invested by a bunch of educated people with an agenda. Therefore, it is a good idea to use all the numbers and add them to my chart and add the CO2 contribution from life not covered by the British and other members from around the world who have interest in Global Warming, now called Climate Change because it got cold all of a sudden.

Before entering the numbers and arrows to the 5^th grade picture, one must ask the following questions:

A) 2,000 Billion Tons of carbon content in vegetation and soils is shown releasing 119 Billion Tons of carbon into the Atmosphere. Does that mean that the trees as well as the decaying material from last years crop of matter that has fallen to the soil are added together to weigh in at 2.000 billion tons carbon but only the soil part is producing the CO2? We know that the trees produce Oxygen and they store carbon as a result of doing that and get heavier every year until they get old and fall over dead and become part of the soil fraction.

B) Does the 120 Billion Tons of carbon content CO2 coming out of the atmosphere mean that it is the CO2 that enters the vegetation to make it grow every year and therefore increases the weight of the trees and soil combination by 1 Billion tons per year and drains the atmosphere by that amount every year? Surely not.

C) 38,000 Billion Tons of carbon is shown in the Oceans and 88 Billion Tons is shown leaving and being put into the atmospheres. Is the 88 Billion tons the gas being exhaled by living animals like whales and orca or is it some mysterious surface dissipation from dead decaying algae and animals that is not absorbed by the algae that is growing and multiplying to work up the food chain to the rest of the fish and ocean life?

D) Does the 90 Billion Tons shown returning to the ocean mean that CO2 always is being sequestered by the ocean water to feed the Algae and thus increases the carbon of the algae and living fish and other life content by 2 Billion Metric Tons per year?

E) How is the 3 Billion tons drained from the atmosphere every year made up? Like from the 6.3 Billion Tons of anthropogenic and the 0.2 difference from changing land use leaving an excess of 3.1 going into the atmosphere every year?

F) If that is the case, how could the world have survived before mankind so graciously started putting in their contribution from fossil fuels because without our input the atmosphere would have lost all the CO2 in only 720 divide by 3billion tons loss per year = 240 years?

G) How come the Carbon Dioxide exhaled by people and other living life on land as well as in the oceans like the 64 Billion Tons for people and other life (estimated on page 1) is not figured into the picture?

This author is going to have a tough time working on a revision of the pix on page 20 because of having so many questions to answer. There is something fishy about the manipulations of the ocean equilibrium as well as the local nature of the soil to leaf exchanges of CO2 that would be impossible to measure. It is going to be trouble to estimate the ocean carbon content as well as the direct exchange between the decaying sea life and the algae. We need to construct an open and completely thorough model on “Exonerating CO2.com” that is interactive and constantly up dated since the 2001 IPCC results have surely changed and our illustrious government is too lazy to change their web site.

This author was most discouraged to find a net loss of 3 Billion Tons 150 years ago in the depletion of the atmospheric CO2 level and the implication that CO2 level would only have taken 240 years to go to ZERO if that were true.

Everybody (all the experts) like to show CO2 increases over the last 150 years as a result of industrialization and the increases in burning coal and oil products that industrialization has produced as shown in Figure 1 above..

1) “That Guy in Pittsburgh” did a rough approximation of the CO2 production from the breath exhaled by People on page 1 and got 28 Billion Tons, wow, that is a lot when compared with the 6.3 Billion Tons carbon produced by all the terrible burning of Fossil Fuels.

Anybody who would do the calculation in the first place is strange, but then he divided to find out how many times bigger was his first estimate than the 6.3 Billion tons as reported by the IPCC.:

28/6.3 = 4.444444444 times bigger than the hated 6.3 and it discredits the effect of the 6.3 Billion.

2) Next, Mr Gramm looked up the World Population in the year 1850 and got 1.25 Billion People. He put his formula in again at a population of 1.25 instead of the 6.7 Billion People that he used on Page1. Now he now gets : 16 breaths per minute times 0.001 Pounds per breath times 60 minutes per hour times 24 hours per day times 365 days per year times times 1.25 Billion People divide 2000 and the result is 5.3 Billion Tons in 1850.

3) That is a Big Increase of 5.3 times bigger than the 5.3 Billion Tons in 1850 to get the 28 Billion Tons in the year 2000. Is it possible that such an increase in the CO2 produced by People could account for the raise in CO2 from 290 Parts Per Million by volume 150 years ago up to 370 parts per million by volume in year 2000? Mr. Gramm has little faith in the 90 point increase from 280 PPMV to 370 PPMV over the 150 years because he is convinced that many of the people highlighting the increase had an agenda to show that fossil fuel burning was causing “Global Warming” (now called “Climate Change” because it got colder lately).

4) When the animal, wildlife and exhaling ocean life population increases is considered one gets the idea that the ocean and the vegetation have an uncanny ability to absorb the CO2 at just the right rate and the average amount of CO2 in the atmosphere comes out to be about 0.0325 Percent (325 PPMV) CO2 and stays pretty steady no matter what the Ice cores and the measurements made on them says. The “Dry Ice” was left behind for one reason or another and the Nitrogen and Oxygen blew back to the warmer atmosphere centered at the equator.

5) When the above information is considered along with the fact that the Primary and most important “Green House Effect Gas” is Water Vapor it would appear that the Congress and Supreme Court of the United States Of America had better go back and change the laws that have improperly called CO2 “Pollution” and stop any money flow that was awarded to Pro Nuclear advocacy that resulted from the wrongful accusations made against Carbon Dioxide. This author hereby proposes that CO2 should be re-named as “The Environmental Super Gas Upon Which All Life on earth Depends” and “Water Vapor is the Principal Greenhouse Gas that Keeps our Planet Warm and Comfortable in a Cold Universe”.

6) In addition, the Energy Information Agency should be directed to modify or eliminate Figure 1 on Their Web Site so that Fossil Fuel is not shown as the cause of CO2 atmospheric increases. Furthermore they should make an estimate of what percent of the Greenhouse Effect is contributed By Water Vapor and the National Atmospheric and Oceanic Administration may be useful in that regard.

7) So, that leaves it up to the “ www.ExonerateCO2.com ” web site to publicize this information and ask the scientific community to come forth with debate and discussion about what to do to get rid of the true polluters, The Nuclear Power Industry (an industry in Denial About how bad their by products really are), as the most important project that the world faces.

The information put together by the IPCC is very impressive indeed, Wrong, but impressive.

1) Who are these people and how many of them have a Pro-Nuclear Power outlook?

2) “Does everybody involved love America as a result of the millions of our young people killed in WW1 and WW2 in the name of freedom for them that they now enjoy?

3) Is there any legislation passed by the congress of the United States that allows our agencies like the UCAR (University Corporation for Atmospheric Research ),

e-mail : ipcc-wg1@al.noaa.gov to support the IPCC and expend funds to them if the results that are obtained hurt the position of America in the eyes of the world and in the eyes of American citizens at large? How come the given e-mail doesn’t work?

4) Exactly, what is the name, nationality, age, education and qualifications of the country, agencies and individuals involved in the IPCC and what is their Salary and where does the funding come from in each and every case?

The above chart is a link to find out more but finding out more does not answer the 4 questions of Mr. Gramm as listed above.

Our agencies like the EIA, (Energy Information Agency, a department of DOE) takes the information from the IPCC to be factual and EIA are only a statistical agency only responsible for the information given them.

One of the key players NOAA, in the USA has a think tank (UCAR), University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, e-mail : ipcc-mg2@al.noaa.gov and a web site http://ipcc-wg1.ucar.edu .WG1 is Working Group 1.

5 ) Does NOAA understand that WATER VAPOR is the Principal (and most important) Greenhouse Gas?

The link to UCAR works, has an amateur appearance and is a sales brochure for IPCC and promoting Al Gore.

They are PROUD of the work that they did by jumping on the Environmental Super Gas, CO2.

They may actually believe that CO2 is pollution right down to their very soul.

They have not considered that the funny disaster rapidly increasing curve on the UCAR first page is nothing more than a population curve and that people and animals are also increasing on the same curve and breathing out CO2 at the same increasing rate.

They can not consider that when it gets warm, the biomass produces a lot of CO2 and not the other way around.

They can not understand that the South Pole Ice is getting thicker because it is cold and has a good supply of water around the whole perimeter to attract the water vapor.

They totally missed the idea that the atmosphere is being depleted of CO2 every year by 3 billion tons and the 6 billion tons of coal and oil burning is saving the world by supplying that and more.

They totally miss that the human, and the animals and other living and decaying life on earth is a very large source of CO2 that dwarfs the burning of Coal and Oil products..

They have swallowed, hook, line and sinker the ridiculous thought that CO2 is Pollution and can not stop it. (It gets down to the idea that “believing that something is true, does not make it so”.)

So, what I have done is to ask the head top guys at NOAA if they can give my 26 + 2 pages some kind of agreement or dis-approval before I put it up on my web site.

I admit to having only a BS in Physics from 1958 and 60 years of living and learning and getting stuff done, alone, as a motivating individual.

The “Exonerate CO2.com” Project is in search of support for TRUTH from strong willed individual participants; Coal, Oil and Natural Gas suppliers: Scientists: Biologists: True Environmentalists: Media Consultants; Anti-Nuclear-Power Advocates; Lawyers and Doctors and anybody else who can see through the 25 year smoke screen of half truths, innuendo, distorted facts and blatant omissions in the matter of Avoiding Water Vapor as the main Greenhouse Gas and incriminating Carbon Dioxide by calling it “Pollution”.

The Project is now in the formative stage which will be developed over the coming months after skilled volunteers step forward with ideas and suggestions that will shed light upon the truth, the scientific facts, the economic repercussions and the political reality that is needed to change the minds and hearts of the people and our leaders. People from America have always been leaders in the pursuit of truth, fairness, freedom and the rule of law. Our Supreme Court has been Brain Washed by a cadre of lawyers with omissions, fake facts and support by many entities with a Pro-Nuclear Power agenda with a plain and simple lack Truth.

The above list of people and organizations have pulled the wool over the eyes of our Supreme Court Judges, known to be skilled in the law and the basis of law, but not necessarily skilled in the arts and sciences. The loosing attorneys in the Supreme Court Case are requested to view this information and decide if they have the funds and the grit to go after a re-visit of the case.

The ruling that CO2 is pollution must be re-visited with wide public debate in the presence of our legislators and our citizens because the ruling is so misguided that scientists all over the world are laughing about it. America looks silly in the eyes of the world. It has such a broad legal standing that our citizens will be powerless to refuse the construction of a lethal Nuclear Power Plant in their front yard constructed with the power of the court which has ruled that the plants are non-polluting because they emit no CO2. The radio active gases they release are in denial.

The ruling allows such plants to be free to contaminate the air, land and water because of not allowing the legal system to defend itself from a basic untruth. The supreme court must MUST stand behind the idea that TRUTH can not be questioned in any ruling that they make and that

it has been violated in this case. By doing so, they have empowered the following list:

“Fleets” of reactors owned as the result of public securities sales of the reactors (formerly owned by the various utilities that distribute the electricity in their local area) are a recent innovation that exists because of advancements in the construction and control of the electric “Grid” are shown in bold print.

They are risk taking leaders and investors that have bought themselves a collection of old and deteriorating nuclear gadgets that are loaded with potential problems and liabilities.

Anybody with the cash and attitude to invest in a bunch of antique, high maintenance critical nuclear steam makers requiring 1000 people for each pair on a 24/7/365 basis with strings attached to a government agency with an infinite supply of lawyers should have themselves under study for personal mental stability caused by the worry of having a cataclysmic event in any one of the fleet reactors in their portfolio. Having 18 reactors under one umbrella is a stress on all the money and this author would suggest that there is no insurance company who would cover such an arrangement. That is only one man’s opinion and the project at hand is much bigger than what one guy can handle.

An important reason why all the ranting and raving by anti-nuclear advocates never gets the job done is that “Money Trumps Everything”. If the anti-advocates want to stop all the reactors from continuing to make all the horrible poison, the solution is to buy them all and pay for the conversion to conventional steam boilers as well. Who do the anti types think they are to tell somebody to take a hit on the investment made to build the reactors and stop the dividends (that they need to live from)? As the investors who bought up over half of the reactors have proven, it was really not a lot of money involved to do it and surely the cost to convert them to common boilers is within reason. C’mon U-all, get your supporters to cough up the money to but them all and get the job done. Selling books about mow bad the nuclear stuff is does nobody any good but the Pro-Nuclear types who marginalize you and claim that time is on their side to see how long it will take for you to give up. Go and get quotes for the 7 stocks listed above, take a look at the market capitalization and set up a plan to cash more than half of everybody out so you can get control of the board to then raise the money to do the conversions.

As part of the project, it may be necessary to dismantle the NEI. After all, they are only a bunch of high salary staffers who are good talkers and writers and if you offer them their same salary in the project to “Stop Nuclear the Production of Waste for the Sake of Mankind “ or, some clever item like WeCanStopItNow.org, or ConvertTheNukesCoal.org and so on.

The 7 dynamic leaders (+ Ariva) who are now motivating the 31 new nukes may take a little more convincing. And the money from the 90,000 employee firm, Ariva, will take some “serious diplomatic kicking out of America” activity. We need some serious conversations with the Southern Company right now to get them to back off with the Georgia Power pair that design work that has already started upon

This author believes that one person can contribute greatly to help America to continue to future greatness. This writing is intended to attract other people with the same view so that it is more that one heart and soul at work.

So, the project now becomes on of looking into the motivation of each and every name in the above list and start convincing them that Nuclear is unclear, un-necessary, unwanted, unsafe and un-natural. Furthermore it is expensive, dangerous and an exercise in futility as to how to get rid of the many, many thousands of tons of radio-active waste sitting next to (up wind) of all of our cities. In this case, a heart and mind convincing activity, the Anti-Nuclear Power people can be of a great help in the project by going and meeting each and every individual above, in person and do a mental shrinking activity (With charm, caution and the likeness of a religious confidant). It is a chance for the anti-nukes to exercise an activity involving being tactful instead of an attacking police dog attitude that is commonly displayed when they rand and beat their chest about the horrible details of Nuclear Power disease caused deaths and injuries.

As a starting point when evaluating he members on the NEI list, the following questions will be asked by the list evaluators:

1.) Do you have positive feelings about America based upon the fairness of the behavior of Americans and the American Political leaders?

3.) Do you think that Water Vapor is indeed the main Greenhouse Gas that keeps us all warm in a blue “Water World” surrounded by a cold, empty universe?

4.) Do you agree that the IPCC chart that shows a 3 Billion shortfall in the availability of CO2 and that the 6 billion tons produced by burning coal and oil is a desirable thing to do?

5.) Do you think that the increase in CO2 level increase (if there is one) could be caused by the exhaled breath of all living life as well as contributions from the biosphere?

6.) Do you think that the Pro-Nuclear proponents have allowed the “CO2 myth” to be perpetrated as a way to build a story for the resurgence in the construction of more nuclear power plants in the USA?

7.) Was the approval by the US legislation in the energy acts and the Supreme Court a consideration for you to join the NEI?

8.) Did you pay a fee to join and is a long term situation present that would force you to stay as a member?

9.) Would you like to be a participant in the overall “Exonerate CO2 + convert the Nukes project” and once and for all get the record straight and get the defendant list to shape up and do the right thing in a transparent and public manner?

This whole scene reminds one of what happened to us involving “Weapons of Mass Destruction” where all of Congress, the Administration, the CIA and the FBI all said the Saddam had them and was a threat. Democrats and Republicans alike all voted for the War in Iraq and the cost? :$One Trillion Dollars and 4000 + dead soldiers and tens of thousands of injuries. But, the freedom for 25 million people may actually be possible as a saving grace.

Now we have all sorts of foreign players, the Congress, the Supreme Court and a bunch of federal agencies (including NOAA) saying that CO2 is the enemy and we all have to find other sources of energy that conveniently includes “Nuclear”. If there is ANYBODY that should have an appreciation that Water Vapor is the main source if global warming that protects us all from the coldness of outer space, it should be NOAA. If there is anybody who should recognize the self regulation of CO2 in the atmosphere and above the Oceans, it should be NOAA. Their job, National Atmospheric and Oceanic Administration, should be to understand and study the effects of the ocean and the atmosphere to make sure we understand how it affects America.

In the case of essentially everybody being against CO2 (which is always in short supply and busy as heck growing all of the food for all life on earth) there is no saving grace. There is only an attack upon the ONLY gas that is necessary to make everything green. At the same time the attack on CO2 makes it doubly harmful because it detracts form us all developing an appreciation for Water Vapor providing the wonderful Global Warming job that it does. It gets no credit for making all the water laden clouds that provide fresh water all over the globe.

There is a saving grace for ANS and that is the word AMERICAN in its name. It is an American Society and it is incumbent upon them to be looking out for America (Ariva, not withstanding) while they cope with the risks and severe repercussions of having 106 commercial reactors in the last years of their lives and provide a safe and secure shut down program along with a conversion to coal or oil burning fuel after each Nuclear shutdowns. It is a difficult project because there is a 5 year avoidance of the hot radiation from any fuel removed from a reactor (lethal is seconds to anyone exposed) and requires knowledgeable people to dispose of it. We need far more than a bunch of old ducks on the NWTRB (with the 11 PHDs) who have never really figured what to do with the stuff in 50 years and will all be dead before anything is actually done anyway.

It could be said that the NEI is a bunch of vultures sitting all around (some within) the USA with the intention of preying upon us and sticking us with a bunch of reactors that the public has already denied for 30 years and has no power to prevent the installation now that the stupid Supreme Court has made CO2 a Pollutant. This gives all the predators and the suppliers from all over the world to come here in force to quickly tread upon our citizens their right to life and their property rights.

ExonerateCO2.com will have a special section to survey ANS and find out what their feeling is for the safe shutdown of all the old reactors and conversion of the steam plants to good fuel fired boilers as well as to accelerate the solid waste disposal situation. The project is to find out exactly what percentage of the ANS list are in complete denial as to the actual hazards at the reactors as well as really getting into what to do with the waste.

We should not mind continuing the payments to the 11 old ducks on the NWTRB but we have got to get them out in the open on a monthly basis to state if they will ever get a solution and say what it is for sure. It is obscene that this has gone on so long. The ICPT has got to be directed to stop working on the Geological Storage of Carbon Dioxide and admit that that is already done by mother nature. Ant alignment with IAEA must be heavily studied by congress to stop typical UN foot work for cash.

For the record, ICTP hasn’t gotten anything done on nuclear waste and likely never will. They have more interest in the annual golf match at the annual meeting than anything else.
